Non avevo idea su cosa indirizzarmi, mi sono semplicemente fidato dello staff del Pro Shop nella persona di Vincenzo Mininni. Con la scarpa inizialmente ero dubbioso perchè per come sono fatto io, necessitavo di qualche modifica. Vincenzo mi ha modificato e termoformato la scarpetta andando a curare ogni minimo dettaglio in base alle mie esigenze. Oggi prima uscita dopo aver usato per anni tutta un'altra scarpa ed un altro sci. Alla fine 2h30' senza alcun minimo fastidio e solo tanta comodità e divertimento. Pienamente soddisfatto e molto contento! Grazie Vincenzo! After a few years, this year I decided to update the materials. I had no idea what to address, I simply trusted the Pro Shop staff in the person of Vincenzo Mininni. With the shoe initially I was doubtful because for how I am, I needed some changes. Vincenzo modified and thermoformed the liner for me, taking care of every detail according to my needs. Today the first release after having used a completely different shoe and another ski for years. At the end 2h30 'without any hassle and just a lot of comfort and fun. Fully satisfied and very happy! Mi sono fidato e ho pagato circa 200€ più dello "street price" verificato nello stesso giorno. Molto male The staff appear to be well prepared, but the prices at which they apply the discount are higher than those of the Rossignol website. I trusted and paid about € 200 more than the "street price" verified on the same day. Very bad

Rispetto a qualche anno fa, la zona outlet è davvero poco fornita. Non c'è quasi nulla. Buono, invece, l'assortimento di vestiario/scarponi/sci della stagione corrente. Peccato che la scontistica applicata su questi prodotti sia la stessa di altri negozi di zona. Molto competenti e gentilii le commesse e i commessi in negozio. P.S. consiglio di illuminare meglio l'ingresso nel parcheggio. Having been there a few years ago and getting some great deals, I recently returned. However I was a little disappointed. Compared to a few years ago, the outlet area is very poorly supplied. There is almost nothing. On the other hand, the assortment of clothing / boots / skis for the current season is good. Too bad that the discounts applied to these products are the same as those of other local shops. The orders are very competent and kind shop assistants. P.S. I recommend better lighting the entrance to the parking lot.
R	ROBERTO RENOSTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse a S.Gaetano più che il Covid domina lo scorbuto perchè in 54 anni di sci alpino con frequenti investimenti in attrezzatura mai mi era capitato di essere trattato in maniera così sbrigativa e scostante . E pensare che martedì scorso l'outlet era deserto ma quando ho spiegato i miei attuali problemi con gli scarponi mi hanno fatto sentire un principiante e quando ho chiesto due prezzi un pezzente e pi sono tornato alla mia solitudine . Non ho elementi per mettere in dubbio la professionalità e la competenza dello staff ma non avrò modo di testarla perchè credo che non mi vedranno mai più Perhaps in San Gaetano scurvy dominates more than Covid because in 54 years of alpine skiing with frequent investments in equipment I had never been treated in such a hasty and unfriendly manner. Se sei uno sciatore, quando entri in questo store ti rendi conto che sei all'interno di un negozio specializzato con materiali di prima qualità e soprattutto certificati. la professionalità e la cortesia è di casa e si annusa appena entri... Mi piange il cuore leggere alcune recensioni perché il servizio si paga, quando diventi cliente ( il mio nn significa entrare per comprare un paio di guanti) sai che il servizio e la tranquillità di avere prodotti certificati soprassiede a prezzi.... come nelle auto, le puoi comprare dai rivenditori paralleli e nn certificati ma sai a cosa vai incontro.... altrimenti i concessionari ufficiali nn esisterebbero... credo di aver comprato almeno 6/7 paia di sci per me e amici, scarponi acessori ecc. e sinceramente alcune volte li avrei potuti comprare in rete anche a 100/200 euro in meno, però quando hai un qualsiasi problema loro lo risolvono.... Passo spesso e si alle volte hanno le giornate storte come tutti, nn per questo mi sento di criticarli..... Concludendo posso dire: Vincenzo ha una conoscenza tecnica dei materiali che vende impressionante, preciso e in grado di darti il prodotto che cerchi. Marco nn e da meno sopratutto per quanto riguarda gli scarponi Daniela ha la pazienza infinita nel seguire il cliente nella scelta corretta ( per mia moglie ha perso un ora per gli scarponi) Nel complesso consiglio questo store per chi cerca un punto di riferimento fuori dagli standard che offrono negozi multisport di catene di distribuzione...
