★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I did not have a good experience as most on this forum. Had a terrible time returning product using Threeface’s recommended courier. Took it upon myself to use a more conventional return service at my cost. It’s been more than six weeks and I have not received a refund nor a replacement. Communications with Customers Service are non existent, their follow up is terrible. Suffice to say I have lost my original payment and the transportation costs. Will NOT be doing any future business with this company.
