In data 21/05 l'ordine non è ancora stato spedito, e contattando il servizio clienti ho avuto il dispiacere di parlare con una poco gentile addetta che, non solo non ha richiesto nemmeno i dati di prassi per un controllo, quale quantomeno il codice del mio ordine, ma mi ha liquidato con maleducazione, giustificandosi con il fatto che l'azienda fosse stata in fiera e che in giornata sarebbe stato controllato il da farsi; alla mia richiesta, quantomeno lecita, di garantirmi almeno la spedizione in giornata, viste le urgenti necessità, mi è stato gentilmente chiuso il telefono in faccia. Questa non vuole essere una recensione negativa ai materiali FiloAlfa, che frequentemente utilizziamo e di ottima qualità, ma alla mancata professionalità dell'operatrice con la quale ho dovuto interfacciarmi e con un servizio clienti via mail che in 7 giorni non mi ha degnato di una risposta, mettendoci in difficoltà con alcuni clienti del nostro service e ritardando paurosamente le nostre attività. La risposta indisponente dell'operatrice, "eravamo in fiera" , non giustificherebbe una tale mancanza neanche in una piccola impresa, figuriamoci aspettarsi un atteggiamento tale da una azienda storica quale la Ciceri de Mondel. I placed an order, with relative payment, on 15/05 and asked for clarifications, via email, of its status on 18/05, receiving no reply. On 21/05 the order has not yet been shipped, and by contacting customer service I was sorry to speak with an unkind employee who, not only did not even request the data of practice for a check, such as at least the code of my order, but he dismissed me with rudeness, justifying himself with the fact that the company had been at the fair and that what to do in the day would have been checked; to my request, at least lawful, to guarantee at least the same day shipping, given the urgent needs, the phone was kindly closed on my face. This is not meant to be a negative review of the FiloAlfa materials, which we frequently use and of excellent quality, but due to the lack of professionalism of the operator with whom I had to interface and with a customer service via email which in 7 days did not deign to answer me , putting us in difficulty with some customers of our service and frighteningly delaying our activities. The operator's annoying answer, "we were at the fair", would not justify such a shortcoming even in a small company, let alone expect such an attitude from a historical company such as Ciceri de Mondel.

Visto la situazione di emergenza ho deciso di dare una seconda possibilità con un altro ordine e stessa cosa. Ordine non ancora spedito dopo 5gg lavorativi. Filamenti buoni ma servizio PESSIMO. Bad experience. Two out of two orders shipped late. The first during the covid (waiting time of 10 days). Given the emergency situation I decided to give a second chance with another order and the same thing. Order not yet shipped after 5 working days. Good filaments but VERY bad service.
