★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanze curate nei dettagli con arredi moderni e di design. Spazi comuni ampi e superacessoriati. Location comode sia ai mezzi pubblici (bus e treno) che ai servizi principali (università, supermercati, farmacia etc).

 Rooms with attention to detail with modern and design furnishings. Large and super-equipped common areas. Convenient locations for both public transport (bus and train) and main services (universities, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo nella residenza di via Affó da 7 mesi ormai e non c’è stata una volta che il proprietario Andrea si sia rifiutato di aiutarci per le nostre necessità “extra-ordinarie” in casa, sempre con la grande gentilezza che lo contraddistingue. Anche l’attenzione al dettaglio e la cura nella scelta di chi ospitare nell’appartamento sono state sempre massime, all’insegna di una convivenza senza stress e sempre gradevole. L’appartamento di Via Affó è funzionale e comodo, con una posizione strategica rispetto al centro e alla stazione, con tutti i servizi disponibili nei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato per tutti, sia giovani lavoratori sia studenti.
I have been living in the residence on Via Affó for 7 months now and there has not been a time that the owner Andrea has refused to help us with our "extra-ordinary" needs at home, always with the great kindness that distinguishes him. Attention to detail and care in choosing who to host in the apartment have also always been the utmost, in the name of a stress-free and always pleasant coexistence. The Via Affó apartment is functional and comfortable, with a strategic location in relation to the center and the station, with all the services available in the surrounding area. Absolutely recommended for everyone, both young workers and students.
