★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location and really cheap, of course it is not the most modern place and the check in the other hotel location is annoying but the price makes up for it (paid €60 for a night).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here. Room was clean, bathing facilities were great. Accommodation was close to the city centre and train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk to residence Liberty from the station, ready to check in on time, and you'll be met with a sign saying you need to walk back to the station 10 minutes at least, to register. Once there the receptionist says they have 3 residences, so it's difficult to have a receptionist at each..? I suggested that for the room fee one could afford to put a receptionist in each place. Additionally we had to pay 50 euro deposit, the reason being that they don't have a receptionist here to take the keys.. So you now pay for the inconvenience. Last straw is the sign on the kitchenette unit, which says if you use it, you have to pay 20 euros...... This place is a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Student halls. Not a hotel. Old fashioned, out dated and even a little bit spooky. Noisy corridors and front door bangs shut every time. No breakfast, no bar, no restaurant or reception. Not a hotel.
If it was cheap, you could say this is OK. But we paid over 300 euros a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms (at liberty residence) clean and nice location but service unacceptable.
140€ for airpot taxi arranged through former Astoria and now taken over by the Novotel and they picked me up in a disgusting dirty work van. Didn't even want to put my things in there let alone sit on a seat full of crumbs and dust and hair when I will be traveling all day. In addition the staff could do with a lesson in customer service including the higher management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression is the last. The room was good enough to stay. However, we started our stay with a bad experience. We made the check in in Asteroid hotel which is far about fifteen minutes (at least) walking from the residence liberty hotel where we had to stay. Unfortunately, the reception man refused to offer us a free lift as they promise on the hotel web site on the allegation that the car is in the maintenance. This was bad and this was my first impression. In the room, and as they mention on their site, there is a kitchenette. In reality, and as they announce on a sheet inside the kitchenette, you have to pay 20€ for using the kitchenette and the supplies inside it if they need deep cleaning afterwards. Other details should be neglected in comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice secluded living close to city centre! Perfect for someone planning to atay longer and the personal kitchen for am additional cost was good because it was hard to find breakfast close by. I'm over all happy with my stay but take a few points off for not being able to check in at the residence, bad ventilation and what looked like black mold in the shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there's a (staffed!) office in the building, the reception is in a different district and cannot help with any issues at the residence. And issues there where quite some: The room smelled like cold cigarette smoke from the A/C, the WiFi didn't work, and we needed to book a parking space later on, because the spaces in the street couldn't be used by non-locals. All in all, it's just not worth it. Book something else! Only positive point: The staff at the reception (really a hotel counter) is really nice and doing their best to help.
