L'alloggio, ben strutturato, dotato di un'ampia terrazza e di tutti i confort, è circondato da un giardino ben curato dove è possibile parcheggiare l'auto in totale sicurezza. La pulizia è ineccepibile. A cento metri di distanza si stende l'ampia spiaggia di San Sostene Marina bagnata da un mare veramente cristallino. Noi vi abbiamo trascorso un periodo di vero relax coccolati dai gentilissimi proprietari. Qualità/prezzo ottimo. Located a few steps from the sea, surrounded by greenery in a particularly quiet area, Residence Alaca offers the possibility of a holiday in total tranquility and comfort. The well-structured accommodation with a large terrace and all comforts is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you can park your car in total safety. Cleaning is impeccable. A hundred meters away lies the wide beach of San Sostene Marina bathed by a truly crystalline sea. We spent a period of true relaxation pampered by the very kind owners. Excellent quality / price.

Struttura tenuta come nuova, i proprietari ci hanno accolto con estrema cordialità e professionalità. A pochi minuti dalla grande spiaggia di sabbia, dove si trovano sia lidi organizzati che spiaggia libera. Consigliatissimo. Excellent location for a holiday on the splendid Ionian Sea. Structure kept as new, the owners welcomed us with extreme cordiality and professionalism. A few minutes from the large sandy beach, where there are both organized lidos and free beaches. Highly recommended.

Punti di forza sono : poter andare a piedi su una spiaggia bellissima e molto grande e spaziosa . Mare bellissimo , ricco di pesci anche a riva...vicinissimo a Soverato per chi ama la vita notturna e vicino a borghi bellissimi come badolato e staletti"per chi ama vedere panorami mozzafiato .....si mangia bene nei vari ristoranti tipici che abbiamo provato e i prezzi sono contenuti. Una chicca del residence , la quiete e le dolce calde all aperto...ed infine la gentilezza del proprietario.... So lucky!!!! We found this property by chance and will definitely be back !!!!! Strengths are: being able to walk on a beautiful and very large and spacious beach. Beautiful sea, full of fish even on the shore ... very close to Soverato for those who love nightlife and close to beautiful villages such as badolato and staletti "for those who love to see breathtaking views ..... you can eat well in the various typical restaurants that we tried and the prices are reasonable.A gem of the residence, the quiet and the warm desserts outdoors ... and finally the kindness of the owner ....

Servizio di prim'ordine , disponibilità massima , pulito , molto curato , grande cortesia . A un passo da un mare cristallino e una spiaggia spaziosa . Super consigliato , ci torneremo ! we spent two weeks in this charming residence surrounded by olive trees and very quiet. First-rate service, maximum availability, clean, well-kept, great courtesy. One step away from a crystal clear sea and a spacious beach. Super recommended, we will be back!

Mare stupendo a pochi minuti a piedi in contesto tranquillo ma vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Consigliatissimo. Excellent solution for families. The apartments are clean and functional and the owners are available and quick to solve any small problems. Wonderful sea just a few minutes walk in a quiet setting but close to the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

A due passi da una spiaggia ampia e bellissima, con un mare limpido e trasparente. La casa è perfetta e il proprietario ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità e cortesia. A pochi minuti di auto le località di Caminia e Pietragrande, che meritano di essere visitate, e Soverato, per chi cerca un po' di animazione notturna. Ma anche S. Sostene e Davoli, con il lungomare ristrutturato, offrono piacevoli alternative. Vacanza perfetta Calabria is a splendid land and the Residence Alaca is a very pleasant discovery. A stone's throw from a wide and beautiful beach, with a clear and transparent sea. The house is perfect and the owner welcomed us with great availability and courtesy. A few minutes by car are the towns of Caminia and Pietragrande, which deserve to be visited, and Soverato, for those looking for a bit of nighttime entertainment. But also S. Sostene and Davoli, with the renovated promenade, offer pleasant alternatives. Perfect vacation

Ottima location per famiglie, appartamenti in una zona tranquilla, curati, funzionali, puliti. A due passi dal mare con presenza sia di spiagge libere che attrezzate. Proprietario sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo! We have already chosen the Alaca redisence for our summer holidays for several years. Excellent location for families, apartments in a quiet area, well-kept, functional, clean. A stone's throw from the sea with both free and equipped beaches. Owner always available and attentive to guests' needs. Highly recommended!

A few km the other direction you will find amazing mountains with great nature and walking trails. The place itself is a bit on the side which gives you the quietness you may enjoy for your holiday break. Big plus for the owner who is very helpful and attentive to any questions or request you have. Overall 5 stars fully earned!
