Il personale sempre propenso alla risoluzione delle problematiche verificatisi durante la mia permanenza. I lived 2 and a half years in the residence, an overall positive experience. The staff always inclined to solve the problems that occurred during my stay.

The warm sincere support of the employees is great I stayed for 1 week and they were incredibly close and caring. It does not meet the expectations for those who dream of a 5 star place, but it offers a great experience for living comfort and building its own system. Thank you very much to all employees. love
A	Alessandro CORRENTE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti sporchi, vecchi e spogli; gli spazi comuni sono altrettanto sporchi e privi di manutenzione (come il locale lavanderia).Personalmente ho alloggiato per più di un mese con gli scatoli di un vecchio trasloco abbandonati sul pianerottolo chissà da chi. Personale poco professionale e scortese. SCONSIGLIATO. Dirty, old and bare apartments; the common areas are just as dirty and free of maintenance (like the laundry room). I personally stayed for more than a month with the boxes of an old move abandoned on the landing who knows by whom. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. NOT RECOMMENDED.
P	Parole Mancate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo prenotato un appuntamento via mail per vedere un bilocale all inclusive. Arriviamo sul posto e veniamo fatti entrare con mezz'ora di ritardo per poi sentirci dire che in realtà il canone di affitto per il quale avevamo preso appuntamento valeva solo nei mesi estivi e che quindi ci sarebbe stata un'aggiunta mensile di 60€. Senza contare che quando si è trattato di dover vedere l'appartamento in questione la frase è stata : "vi faccio vedere quello che ho disponibile". Ricapitolando abbiamo speso tempo e soldi (parchimetro) per vedere un appartamento per cui non avevamo contattato, con un canone che non era quello stabilito nell'annuncio e con mezz'ora di ritardo. Il tutto era evitabile con una mail sincera sulle proposte disponibili. My partner and I booked an appointment via email to see an all inclusive one bedroom apartment. We arrive on site and are let in half an hour late and then we are told that in reality the rent for which we had made an appointment was only valid in the summer months and that therefore there would be a monthly addition of 60 €. Not to mention that when it came to having to see the apartment in question, the sentence was: "I'll show you what I have available". In summary, we spent time and money (parking meter) to see an apartment for which we had not contacted, with a fee that was not the one established in the announcement and half an hour late. Everything was avoidable with a sincere email on the available proposals.

Dopo avermi dato appuntamento per entrare nella casa mi hanno lasciato lasciato ad attendere per 2 ore, prima di entrare e farmi entrare in una casa assolutamente disgustosa(nonostante la promessa di controlli prima dell'ingresso per evitarlo) con camera sprovvista sia di cuscini che tende, e lasciarmi con le chiavi di un altro appartamento per ore prima di tornare a portarmi quelle giuste. Durante lo scoppio della pandemia hanno sollevato un sacco di problemi, chiedendo con l'ingenuità di un lattante quali fossero i gravi motivi che mi consentissero di richiedere la rescissione breve del contratto, e domandando di allegare una documentazione che la attestasse. Dopo la rescissione è iniziata l'odissea del chiedere indietro la caparra, restituitami solo due mesi dopo. Peccato che si trattasse solo di un quinto della somma, e dopo aver cercato di convincermi di non aver pagato l'ultima rata dell'affitto, è trascorso più di un mese prima di ricevere l'intera caparra e liberarmi finalmente di loro. Sconsigliatissimo, furbi della peggior specie, non sembrano avere alcun interesse nel garantire una buona esperienza abitativa. Taking home with them was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. After making an appointment to enter the house they left me to wait for 2 hours, before entering and letting me into an absolutely disgusting house (despite the promise of pre-entry checks to avoid it) with room without both pillows and curtains , and leave me with the keys to another apartment for hours before returning to bring me the right ones. During the outbreak of the pandemic they raised a lot of problems, asking with the ingenuity of a baby what were the serious reasons that allowed me to request the short termination of the contract, and asking to attach documentation that certifies it. After the termination began the odyssey of asking for the deposit back, which was returned to me only two months later. Too bad it was only a fifth of the sum, and after trying to convince me that I didn't pay the last installment of the rent, it took more than a month before I received the entire deposit and finally got rid of them. Not recommended, smart of the worst kind, they don't seem to have any interest in ensuring a good living experience.

Non ho avuto supporto per i vari problemi della casa da nessuno di loro, avevo trovato una casa piena di ragni, sporcizia e un letto infradiciato con le assi tutte rotte. Dopo vari solleciti al personale le cose non sono cambiate, me ne sono dovuto andare perché come agenzia sono ridicoli, sono bravi solo a prendere soldi. Puntate ai privati o ad altre agenzie che hanno un minimo di professionalità. Loro sono gli unici a Parma che durante il periodo del Covid, non hanno abbassato nemmeno di un euro l'affitto a tutti gli studenti che sono stati costretti a tornare a casa. Fortunately, I am no longer with them. I found a home in the first year and it was one of the heaviest experiences of my life. I had no support for various house problems from any of them, I had found a house full of spiders, dirt and a soaked bed with broken boards. After several reminders to the staff things did not change, I had to leave because as an agency they are ridiculous, they are only good at taking money. Point to individuals or other agencies that have a minimum of professionalism. They are the only ones in Parma who, during the Covid period, have not lowered the rent for all the students who have been forced to return home by even one euro.
