Il personale si è sempre dimostrato professionalmente capace oltre che dotato di straordinaria umanitá e gentilezza. On the various occasions that I have needed assistance for specialist visits, exams and physiotherapy sessions, I have always been favorably satisfied. The staff has always proved to be professionally capable as well as gifted with extraordinary humanity and kindness.

Lo consiglio I have been to the Maria Luigia Center several times, both for visits and exams, I have always found kind secretaries and good doctors. Clean rooms, also organized in this covid period. R	Rita Gorreri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mio padre per una visita, ho chiesto se c'era a disposizione una sedia a rotelle, mi è stato risposto di sì. Peccato che quando sono andata a prenderla la sedia era con le gomme completamente sgonfie e mancavano le pedane per appoggiare i piedi e quindi molto rischioso. A questo punto è meglio dire che non sono a disposizione carrozzine. I accompanied my father for a visit, I asked if there was a wheelchair available, I was told yes. Too bad that when I went to get her the chair was with completely deflated tires and there were no platforms to support the feet and therefore very risky. At this point it is better to say that there are no wheelchairs available.

Siete stati gentilissimi e davvero cordiali all'accoglienza, e quando è arrivato il momento della mia visita il dottore mi ha rassicurato sul mio stato di salute (io ero un po' preoccupata essendo in sovrappeso) anzi mi ha spronata a continuare la dieta che stò facendo complimentandosi con me per la mia determinazione. I came for a heart checkup and what to say ... Thank you! You were very kind and really cordial to welcome, and when the time came for my visit, the doctor reassured me about my state of health (I was a bit worried about being overweight) indeed he encouraged me to continue the diet I am complimenting me on my determination.
c	chiara gatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google indicava come indirizzo via della repubblica, dove si trovano ancora targhe e cartelloni, in realtà il centro si trova in borgo delle colonne. Prima di me, come mi hanno indicato i signori che stanno ristrutturando il palazzo in via della repubblica altre 5 persone sono provate ad andare lì. Provo più volte a telefonare al centro senza ottenere risposta Morale ....arrivo in accettazione 10 minuti oltre l'orario di appuntamento della visita e la dottoressa si rifiuta di visitarmi perché sono in ritardo. Dall'accettazione mi hanno semicemente detto di prendermela con l'ASL che loro non possono farci niente, dicendomi ridendo che il centro è stato spostato lì da 3 anni (scusate se fino ad ora sono sempre stata bene e non ne ho avuto bisogno), che sul fascicolo sanitario fino al giorno prima è presente l'indirizzo (ma non il giorno stesso ) ecc. Io posso capire che sia troppo impegnativo far risultare chiusa una struttura (cosa che peraltro è stata fatta perché questa sera in via della repubblica risulta chiusa), ma trovo anche estremamente non corretto rifiutarsi di visitarmi per un ritardo di 10 minuti per cause dovute alla scarsa organizzazione e capacità di comunicazione di questa azienda. Visti i presupposti non credo mi rivolgerò più a questo centro in futuro, nemmeno per visite a Pagamento (se l'organizzazione è questa...se tanto mi dà tanto....preferisco mettere la mia salute in mano ad altri) Google indicated via della repubblica as the address, where there are still plaques and billboards, in reality the center is located in the village of columns. Mi servivano i gradi per il cambio occhiali e l'oculista all fine mi ha consigliato di farne un'altra in centro ottico perché "non si sa mai". Mah. Mi sono trovata prescritta delle gocce di cui durante la visita non ha fatto il minimo accenno. Sconsigliato. Eye examination that leaves you perplexed: hasty and superficial. I needed the degrees for the glasses change and the ophthalmologist in the end advised me to do another one in the optical center because "you never know". Mah. I found myself prescribed some drops of which during the visit did not make the slightest mention. Not recommended.

Mi richiama la struttura dicendo che non hanno quei dottori al sabato mattina e mi danno un altro giorno, mi pare già poco professionale. Attendo 20 minuti fuori al freddo perché le signore all'accettazione sono lentissime e poco cortesi. Attendo altri 20 minuti lo specialista.. Esperienza pessima. Sono veramente poco professionali. I book at the CUP with the NHS and they give me an appointment on Saturday morning. The structure calls me back saying that they don't have those doctors on Saturday morning and they give me another day, it already seems unprofessional. I wait 20 minutes outside in the cold because the ladies at check-in are very slow and not very courteous. I wait another 20 minutes for the specialist .. Bad experience. They are really unprofessional.

Di recente ho fatto dei cicli di fisioterapia per problemi al collo e alla schiena. Inizialmente ero preoccupato per via del covid, ma ho trovato molto efficienti e rigorose le norme di sicurezza adottate, inoltre con mia grande soddisfazione ho risolto i miei lancinanti problemi di cervicale. Sicuramente credo che sia una struttura valida. I have been using the structure for years and I must say that every time I find the right cordiality, attention and professionalism. I recently had physiotherapy cycles for neck and back problems. Initially I was worried about the covid, but I found the safety rules adopted very efficient and rigorous, moreover, to my great satisfaction, I solved my excruciating cervical problems. I certainly think it's a good structure.
