Fornita di lavanderia, aule studio, aule TV, sala macchinette, posti per biciclette ecc si trova in oltre proprio davanti alla fermata dell'autobus e al supermercato conad, molto comodo.
Definitely the best residence for students of Parma. Clean and safe, concierge staff always very nice and welcoming. Equipped with a laundry room, study rooms, TV rooms, a machine room, places for bicycles, etc., it is located in front of the bus stop and the conad supermarket, very convenient.

Sarai nel parco Ducale ed attraversandolo arriverai in Pilotta, cioè vicino al teatro Regio e al centro città!
