First of all the position is perfect, you can arrive everywhere within a few minutes on foot and I was pretty close to the medicine school.
Second, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, with the very few problems I had with my room the response was immediate.
Last, the structure was very clean and tidy, which is extremely important especially in this period that we're living.
Thank you for everything, you can be sure I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent!! My daughter lived in apartment 18 at Parma City when she studied in Parma. The facilities and service provided exceeded our already high expectations. The apartment is great, as are the building's facilities (security, storage, elevator, laundry). Historic building, charming, with fabulous location. Above all, the assistance that Dovevivo offers to the students who live there is wonderful. Highlight for Alberto, who always resolved all small issues promptly, with unparalleled kindness. We also thank Rubem and Alfonso, who have always been kind, helpful and efficient. We were delighted with the excellent service provided and very grateful for everything.
