Ho acquistato una golf aziendale di importazione ad un ottimo prezzo, in più massima cordialità e disponibilità fino al ritiro dell’auto. Purtroppo però al ritiro mi accordo di un danno alla carrozzeria (danno da pietra su cofano con vernice saltata). Il venditore sosteneva che già ci fosse prima del saldo. Da persona MOLTO scrupolosa dubito ancora che ciò sia vero. Comunque, dopo una bella discussione il venditore va via lasciandomi con l’auto davanti la porta e girandomi le spalle infastidito dalla mia ultima domanda/affermazione: se il danno già c’era.... perché non mi è stato evidenziato prima? Quindi, a parte il comportamento scorretto del venditore, voglio sottolineare che se il danno veramente ci fosse stato da sempre, da un’azienda seria mi aspetterei la massima trasparenza quindi che sia lei a fartelo notare. Bene, in conclusione, oggi ho fatto un giro di carrozzieri (4), per scrupolo volevo riparare il danno. Il responso: per una riuscita efficace bisogna riverniciare tutto il cofano, e questo era scontato, ma la cosa che mi ha sconcertato di più è che tutti i carrozzieri hanno evidenziato che nella parte interna (sotto la vernice saltata) già è evidente un danno alla carrozzeria o tentata riparazione non andata a buon fine.
