Sergio met us in the airport, with an umbrella (it was a rainy day), so gently, nice and friendly, took us to his shiny car and quickly drove to the apartment!
Safety is very important for me, and Sergio is very accurate and exprienced driver.
Highly recommend and would definitely contact Sergio againduring next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Rome several times before and every time I used to take a train from the airport to the city centre. Once it was a real mess, because I took the wrong train and could take off on the station I needed. Afterwords I spent quite a lot of time, money and nerves to get back to the point. So after this I promised to myself not to use public transport while getting from airports to the city.
With help of my friends in Rome I found Sergio. He was just brilliant. Always in time, with fluent English and safe driving. The price is absolutely reasonable. I still hesitate, if he is an Italian. In case you come across the offer, book it with no fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were pleased to find Sergio and Partners because we were unsure of our destination, and we were burdened with additional luggage for our trip. Our driver, Marco, was there to greet us promptly upon arrival, and was helpful in aiding us with our luggage. We made it quickly from the airport to the hotel, which is really all we wanted. Again, at arrival at our hotel, he was helpful with our baggage.
The following day we again had Sergio and Partners ge us from our hotel to Civitavecchia. Our driver, Davide, was prompt, being at our hotel a bit earlier than requested, which was appreciated. Davide got us to our ship in plenty of time, which allowed us settle in for our voyage with time to spare. We did have a bit of difficulty with billing, but this was quickly resolved by the staff at Sergio and Partners.

On Sunday Jan 5, 2020 I sent an email that that was responded to by Julia with Rome Fiumicino Transfer Sergio and Partners that we would like to be picked up on Monday Jan 6 at 8:30 am at the Savoy Hotel. When we went out the next morning they were not there. I then had the hotel desk manager call a number that was provided to me by this group and the desk manager was told that there was no reservation. We did not have time to waste so we decided to take a cab to the airport.(which was comfortable and less expensive) I had prepaid for the service via credit card. When I asked for a refund since they did not provide the service they refused give me any money back for service that they did not provide. We did use this company to be picked up at the airport when originally arrived. We had paid by credit card online for the service but was only charged around 50 eruo of the 70 euro charge. When we arrived at our destination the drive asked for additional 40 euro in cash! which we were confused about. When I inquired with the company via email about this I was told that the additional money was deposit for the return trip. (why is that necessary ? and why in cash to the driver? If I did not happen to have euros this would have been a problem…Why not simply have everything paid up front online with the credit card. ) The bottom line is I would not trust these people. There are less expensive and more transparent options available.
