Io personalmente sono stata seguita da RAFFELE, il quale , oltre alla puntualità è celerità del servizio, ha fatto molto di piu di quanto dovuto. Una volta in aereoporto mi sono accorta di aver lasciato portafogli e biglietto in Macchina , immediatamente si è adoperato per evitare che io perdessi L aereo... davvero una persona eccezionale...! In più grazie a lui ho scoperto un comodissimo servizio offerto da auraparking per chi opta per il lavaggio dell auto : nel prezzo è incluso la consegna della macchina direttamente in aereoporto così da poter guadagnare tempo senza rientrare al parcheggio !!! Purtroppo devo fare un appunto negativo sul lavaggio che non è stato di qualità. Parking from AuraParking for two years and I always found myself well, good value for money and excellent shuttle service. Unfortunately I have to make a negative note on the wash that was not of quality.

When I took my car the oil was still untouched and no service was done. The staff didn't seem to care much. One spoke of technical difficulties the other of "they just forgot". Don't offer services you cannot provide! Unorganized and unreliable.

The second time, which was late on a Sunday evening, my car didn't start (I have a vintage BMW cabriolet) and they did everything to try to get it going. Then when it didn't Marco the manager helped me to arrange for a mechanic to come next morning, to get good and cheap room near: he also drove me there and had me picked up next morning. Free of charge! The mechanic was excellent, charged me a very fair price and now the car works even better! So even if the Place isn't brand new with brand new shuttle buses the service is perfect and they do much more than you pay for. I am going to leave my car here everytime I flying out from Fiumicino. I am actually going to Sicily in april for 3 weeks and I prefer leaving my car there than in my home town Terracina. Thanks again guys and see you soon! Johan Berg, Swedish resident in Terracina

I stress that was late eve and there was not traffic. I called 10 times while I was waiting and they always were stating just 2 3 min will be thee. Just inexperience unpolite and unprefessional people working there. Last time I use this company.
