Al telefono e alle e-mail non rispodono e quindi abbiamo preso l'orario sul sito internet, che indica giovedì 9-16. Abbiamo attraversato tutta Roma. Un'ora e mezza di viaggio nel traffico e poi mezz'ora per parcheggiare e quando siamo arrivati lì, i soliti impiegati abbrutiti ci dicono che l'ufficio riceve il mercoledì. Alle mie rimostranze riguardo a quanto indicato sul sito, fanno spallucce e dicono: il sito non è aggiornato. CHE SCHIFO!!!! Questa è l'Italia peggiore. L'Italia che non riesce ad evolversi e che è condannata a venire fagocitata da stati più efficienti e moderni. GLI IMPIEGATI COMUNALI DOVREBBERO ESSERE TUTTI LICENZIATI, QUANDO VI SIA PROVA, COME IN QUESTO CASO, DI INEFFICIENZA TOTALE E MANCANZA DI RISPETTO PER IL CITTADINO. VERGOGNATEVI!!!!! Gli svariati numeri che sono riuscito a reperire sul sito ufficiale, pur squillando (spesso a vuoto), forniscono, al momento della connessione, la stessa identica risposta "salve, lei è il cliente numero 6, attenda in linea"... è un attesa vana, verso la quale troppo spesso ho riposto la mia fiducia, immolando pomeriggi interi a quest'impresa titanica. LASCIATE OGNI SPERANZA! Non risponderanno MAI... It is about a month that I try (daily and in vain) to get in touch by telephone with this office. All'ingresso sono stato immediatamente fermato dalla guardia giurata, che mi ha detto di tornare domani perchè i 100 numeri giornalieri erano terminati. Ho fatto presente che dovevo andare all'Ufficio Protocollo, ufficio che normalmente riceve con orari martedi, mercoledi, giovedi dalle 8:30 alle 12:30 (come da sito internet del comune), ma è stato irremovibile e mi ha specificato che i 100 numeri giornalieri comprendono anche l'Ufficio Protocollo (fatto non riportato sul sito internet del comune). Oltre alla beffa di avere fatto un viaggio a vuoto adesso ho anche il danno di dovere andare alla posta a spedire l'atto per raccomandata, trattandosi di una scadenza imminente e dover pagare il giusto servizio di spedizione alle Poste Italiane. I dirigenti del dipartimento meritano soltanto di essere cacciati dalle poltrone che stanno occupando, vista la totale incapacità dirigenziale manifestata. PS E poi ci lamentiamo che le famiglie vanno in mano alla mala vita e strozzini vari. 10/10/2020 I bonus affitto per covid19 non li vedremo mai! Data di compilazione e invio domanda 27/04/2020 (ovvero appena uscita la possibilità di farlo), non manca un minimo documento c'è tutto! Dall'isee ai bonifici, tutto quello che richiedevano. Domande ricevute più di 49.000 di cui 5000 cartacee; inizio della lavorazione delle domande pervenute 19/05/2020 ovvero oltre 20 giorni successivi alla prima data. 30/09/2020 A tutt'oggi la mia domanda risulta tutt'ora in lavorazione e come la mia anche quella di famiglie con due o tre figli a carico. Non c'è una mail o una pec alla quale appoggiarsi.
