È un po' improbabile risolvere pratiche in 120 secondi! Cosa succede, sono le 13:52, io ho il mio appuntamento tupassi alle 13:37, sul monitor stanno chiamando l'appuntamento delle 12:53... Ma di cosa stiamo parlando! Qui funziona male tutto! Telefoni eternamente occupati o liberi senza risposta.. Scandaloso. Poveri noi in che mani siamo!
