Professionalità massima, voto massimo, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Ha presentato della documentazione per l'Inps, ha pagato e non l'hanno mai richiamata per farle sapere se la pratica era andata a buon fine . C	Cocca712 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto cambiare il mio vecchio Caf x la compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi e mi sono rivolta all'Acli perché con il loro patronato avevo già trattato altre pratiche e mi ero trovata benissimo. Ho prenotato l'appuntamento al telefono e ho trovato subito la disponibilità ad accettare i miei problemi di orario. Il personale è molto attento e competente. È disponibile e soprattutto non è frettoloso, se ti devono spiegare anche più volte non si spazientiscono mai anche con chi, come me, non se ne intende ma vuole capire. Il costo per la compilazione del 730 è un po' più alto rispetto ad altri Caf ma la preparazione e l'accoglienza del personale fa in qualche modo superare il divario. Consiglio di rivolgersi all'Acli sia come Caf che come Patronato. Ci sono anche altri servizi che io però non ho utilizzato. There are also other services which I have not used.

La pratica è stata gestita malissimo, non sono stati mandati dei documenti fondamentali che ho dovuto mandare autonomamente all'Inps. Ho speso 25 euro per il nulla. Sede assolutamente sconsigliata. Mia moglie in stato di gravidanza doveva farsi assistere per l'astensione anticipata del lavoro ma si è imbattuta con un impiegato che non ha fornito le informazioni necessarie, poco gentile e scontroso. Forse sarebbe il caso di assumere persone giovani e con voglia di lavorare. Anche altre persone hanno avuto le stesse impressioni con questo impiegato. My wife's bad experience at the Acli Patronato in Via Prospero Alpino. My pregnant wife was supposed to be assisted for early retirement from work but ran into an employee who did not provide the necessary information, unkind and grumpy. Perhaps it would be appropriate to hire young people with a desire to work. Other people have also had the same impressions with this employee.

Anche la Sig.ra che mi ha predisposto l'Isee, è stata cortese ed educata.
