★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Le linee sono tutte occupate, vi preghiamo di richiamare più tardi" e giù la telefonata, dopo 16 volte in 16 giorni con 16 orari differenti ( di cui anche durante i giorni di apertura al pubblico ), nessuna attesa ne niente...
Se dovete fare qualcosa andateci di persona...non chiamate
 "The lines are all busy, please call back later" and down the phone call, after 16 times in 16 days with 16 different times (including during public opening days), no waiting or anything ...
If you need to do something go there in person ... don't call

Non si degnano ri rispondere neanche con PEC. Per una pratica di reversibilità è dalla fine di settembre che sto combattendo. Una vergogna
Bad office.

Non è possibile...soprattutto in un periodo come questo dove la maggior parte della gente non esce di casa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOPO NUMEROSE EMAIL, CHIAMATE, FINALMENTE ARRIVA UNA RISPOSTA....MI RISPONDONDONO CHE IL MIO CONTRATTO STA IN LAVORAZIONE......NON CI SONO PAROLE, SONO STATA ASSUNTA A TEMPO INDETERMINATO DAL 1 SETTEMBRE SIAMO ALLA VIGILIA DI NATALE E NON SI VEDE NULLA.DOPO TANTI SACRIFICI DI STUDIO E DI PRECARIATO DEVO SUBIRE ANCHE QUESTO.
VORREI VEDERE LORO SENZA LA MATERIA PRIMA PER SOPRAVVIVERE E IN PIÙ LA TRISTEZZA PIU' TOTALE E CHE I MIEI FIGLI NON POTRANNO TROVARE UN DONO DI NATALE SOTTO L'ALBERO PER DELLE INCOMPETENTI E LAVATIVE CHE SI TROVANO LÌ DENTRO.
AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS, CALLS, FINALLY ARRIVES AN ANSWER .... THEY REPLY THAT MY CONTRACT IS WORKING ... YOU SEE NOTHING. AFTER SO MUCH SACRIFICES OF STUDY AND PRECARIAT I HAVE TO SUFFER THIS ALSO.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM WITHOUT THE RAW MATERIAL TO SURVIVE AND PLUS THE MOST TOTAL SADNESS AND THAT MY CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND A CHRISTMAS GIFT UNDER THE TREE FOR INCOMPETENT AND WORKING WORKS THAT ARE IN THERE.
