HO ATTRAVERSATO ROMA E PASSATO 1 ORA E UN QUARTO NEL TRAFFICO PER NON POTER RITIRARE IL DOCUMENTO PRENOTATO!

I CROSSED ROME AND PASSED 1 HOUR AND A FOURTH IN THE TRAFFIC TO NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT THE BOOKED DOCUMENT!

Nobody answers, as happens in most public offices. Why don't they take their phones away? They don't use it anyway.

Per un rinnovo di una procura: allo sportello un'impiegata scrive il numero di protocollo richiesto su un foglietto e lo passa, a mano, ad un addetto in attesa che lo andrà a cercare. Al suo ritorno, l'mpiegata completa la richiesta e mi manda alla cassa. Dopo aver pagato, avrete in mano la ricevuta con la quale dovrete tornare a ritirarla dopo una decina di giorni! Un PC in rete collegato al server, una stampante ed un POS no? Mancavano solo Totò ed Aldo Fabrizi. Ridicoli.
An office out of time! For a renewal of a power of attorney: at the counter an employee writes the required protocol number on a piece of paper and passes it, by hand, to a waiting employee who will look for it. Upon his return, the clerk completes the request and sends me to the cashier. After paying, you will have the receipt in your hand with which you will have to return to collect it after ten days! A networked PC connected to the server, a printer and a POS no? Only Totò and Aldo Fabrizi were missing. Ridiculous.
