★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per tutti quelli che si lamentavano delle non risposte durante il lockdown: ma non vi è venuto in mente che durante la quarantena l'ufficio poteva essere chiuso o comunque non ricevere il pubblico??? E di conseguenza non rispondere al telefono per gli appuntamenti che erano comunque sospesi?? Io ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto immediatamente, preso appuntamento distante una settimana dalla telefonata solo perchè mi faceva comodo andare alle 8.30, altrimenti mi avrebbero ricevuto dopo due giorni. Forse avete visto troppi film di Zalone.....
 For all those who complained of non-responses during the lockdown: but did you not think that during the quarantine the office could be closed or otherwise not receive the public ??? And consequently do not answer the phone for appointments that were still suspended ?? I called and they answered immediately, I made an appointment a week after the phone call just because it was convenient for me to go at 8.30, otherwise they would have received me after two days. Maybe you've seen too many Zalone movies .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burocrazia hai massimi livelli. Per andare a pesca in Italia prima bastava la licenza, ora ti danno il tesserino ittico con cui puoi andare solo nel Lazio e se ti scordi di riconsegnarlo ogni anno ti fanno pure la multa
Bureaucracy you have the highest levels. To go fishing in Italy before, a license was enough, now they give you the fish card with which you can only go to Lazio and if you forget to return it every year they'll even give you a fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se qualcuno si degnasse di rispondere al telefono,si riuscirebbe a prendere appuntamento per riconoscere il tesserino,ora dovrò pagare un verbale a causa di persone non degne del ruolo che ricoprono, andrebbero licenziati tutti o quasi,una volta mi è capitato di essere dentro all'ufficio,il telefono squillava e nessuno rispondeva, quando ho protestato,il "signore" mi ha risposto che intanto è solo gente che vuole informazioni,cosa per la quale noi tutti gli paghiamo lo stipendio per dare un servizio che non offrono,spero che il presidente della regione Lazio legga queste recensioni e prenda provvedimenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è UN MESE che chiamo un giorno sì e l'altro pure per cercare di prenotare la riconsegna del tesserino segna catture (Pesca) per potermi dotare del nuovo tesserino in vista del 2022.
La scadenza per la riconsegna è il 30 di novembre e io ancora non sono riuscito a contattarli. Se gli pare normale! Finirà che mi presenterò senza prenotazione, altrimenti la sanzione me la pagano loro!
It is ONE MONTH that I call every other day and the other also to try to book the return of the catch card (Fishing) in order to be able to equip myself with the new card in view of 2022.
The deadline for the return is November 30th and I still haven't been able to contact them. If it seems normal! Eventually I will show up without a reservation, otherwise they will pay me the penalty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunque non e' possibile telefonare per ore e ore, sentire che il telefono suona libero e nessuno risponde ...siamo al 14 Dicembre e oggi andro' senza appuntamento e se non mi accettano gli butto perterra il tesserino e la smetto di andare a pesca in acque interne . non sapete propio come togliere la passione alle persone .
Aggiorno ancora la signora Proietti mi ha r66isposto ed ho preso un appuntamento . Miracolo !!! comunque all'ingresso c'e' una guardia che ha il nome preso per appuntamento e di conseguenza senza non si entra.

Again, Signora Proietti answered me and I made an appointment. Miracle !!! however at the entrance there is a guard who has his name taken by appointment and consequently you do not enter without.

I was leaving supposedly for old experiences and after reading the reviews. My experience was great. From the phone clerk, to the blonde lady and the other office person all quick, kind and helpful. Congratulations, we will meet again for the November drop off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riuscendo a trovare alcuna indicazione (incredibile dictu) sul sito web istituzionale della Regione Lazio e dopo aver inutilmente telefonato per mesi ai numeri telefonici rintracciati su altri siti internet, sono andato fisicamente a via Lanciani per cercare di riconsegnare il "vecchio" tesserino segnacatture (intonso) e ritirare il nuovo. Non mi hanno fatto entrare perché senza prenotazione. I numeri da chiamare x prenotarsi erano scritti su un foglio A4 appiccicato al muro ..... no comment. Ho provato e alla fine sono riuscito a prendere appuntamento per il 28.02.22 (ultimo giorno per riconsegnare il tesserino segnacatture senza incorrere in sanzioni) e, quindi, non ho poturo fare l'apertura della pesca alla trota. La signora allo sportello, peraltro molto gentilmente, mi conferma che NON sono state fatte immissioni di trote nelle acque interne. Vergognoso! E non è certo responsabilità degli impiegati di sportello. E' la Regione Lazio che, evidentemente, non considera la pesca sportiva e, di fatto, sta uccidendo la nostra passione e anche una piccola economia che essa generava.
Unable to find any indication (incredible dictu) on the institutional website of the Lazio Region and after having unsuccessfully phoned the telephone numbers found on other websites for months, I physically went to via Lanciani to try to return the "old" banknote card ( uncut) and collect the new one. They didn't let me in because they didn't have a reservation. The numbers to call for booking were written on an A4 sheet stuck to the wall ..... no comment. I tried and in the end I managed to make an appointment for 02.28.22 (last day to return the catch card without incurring penalties) and, therefore, I could not do the opening of trout fishing. The lady at the counter, however, very kindly confirms to me that there were NO entries of trout in inland waters. Shameful! And it is certainly not the responsibility of the counter employees. It is the Lazio Region that obviously does not consider sport fishing and, in fact, is killing our passion and even a small economy that it generated.
