Sto attendendo una risposta ad una mia richiesta da Gennaio 2017: se si prova ad inviare una mail viene restituito un messaggio di cortesia che dice che sarò contattato al più presto ma ciò non è mai avvenuto; il cellulare della persona che ha in carico la mia pratica è ormai spento da mesi; il telefono fisso dell'associazione è perennemente occupato e non ha nemmeno un banale meccanismo di messa in attesa o di prenotazione richiamata. Finora ho solo dato i soldi per la tessera ma non ho ottenuto alcun servizio. Absolutely inefficient, at least for now. I have been waiting for a response to my request since January 2017: if you try to send an email a courtesy message is returned saying that I will be contacted as soon as possible but this has never happened; the cell phone of the person in charge of my practice has been off for months now; the association's landline phone is permanently busy and does not even have a banal pending or callback mechanism. So far I have only given the money for the card but I have not gotten any services.

Abbiamo prima provato a fare da soli ma poi ci siamo affidati a loro. Siamo riusciti a risolvere nel modo migliore risparmiando dei bei soldi. Alla fine mi sono tesserato anch'io e mia madre ora è più tranquilla ? I went for my mother who had problems with Eni energy and it was not possible to find a solution. We first tried to do it ourselves but then we relied on them. We managed to solve it in the best way, saving a lot of money. In the end I signed up too and my mother is now calmer ?
