Non smetterò mai di ringraziarla. Dr. Assunta is a very, very competent herbalist, who personally solved an intestinal problem in a few days after I suffered for months, spending a lot of money with over the counter drugs recommended by my doctor and pharmacists. A livello di sostanza, la titolare, è poco attenta alle richieste specifiche(fa finta di ascoltarti, ma in realtà non lo fa), ed espone teorie tutte sue, su alcuni marchi e su alcuni prodotti, come ad esempio i tè verdi, che rinomina a suo piacimento, e se le chiedi che varietà di tè è, non te lo sa dire. Diverse volte l’ho colta impreparata sull’inci di alcuni prodotti che diverse volte ha tentato di vendermi(con scarso successo). In sintesi, a me da più l’impressione di un supermercato, e la titolare, una brava commerciante attenta a monetizzare. Sarà che ho avuto esperienze altrove, con persone che sentono in maniera più viva la loro passione... On a substance level, the owner is not very attentive to specific requests (she pretends to listen to you, but in reality she doesn't), and she exposes her own theories, on some brands and on some products, such as green tea, which rename at will, and if you ask her what variety of tea it is, she can't tell you. Several times I caught her unprepared for some products she tried to sell me several times (with little success). In summary, it gives me more the impression of a supermarket, and the owner, a good merchant careful to monetize. Maybe because I have had experiences elsewhere, with people who feel their passion more vividly ...

Il prodotto in questione era favoloso per questo me lo sono acquistata anche a questa lunga distanza!! I tasted one of their tea in a bar and I wanted to buy it and have it shipped to Milan. They were very kind and extremely helpful even from a distance. The product in question was fabulous for this reason I bought it even at this long distance !!
