★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conoscevo di fama Roberto Grillo per la sua alta professionalità come fotografo e avevo, in varie occasioni, apprezzato i suoi lavori. Poi ho scoperto l’artista, la sua sensibilità e le sue doti umane. Grillo, utilizzando una sofisticatissima tecnica fotografica, ha realizzato su un’ampia tela un pezzo unico per arredare una parete della mia casa, in centro storico a L’Aquila.
L’ambiente che ospita il suo lavoro, ha già degli affreschi importanti e non era facile intervenire su una parete con una soluzione che non fosse invasiva o banale. Qui l’intuizione dell’artista che ha raccolto colori e forme interpretandoli in un’essenza di sfumature e sensazioni. Il risultato è un’opera originale e raffinata. Sono grata a Grillo per i ripetuti scambi di riflessioni e considerazioni che hanno accompagnato la genesi di questo lavoro. Gli faccio i migliori auguri di successo nella sua carriera artistica e nella produzione di altre opere realizzate con questa tecnica. Ringrazio anche la sua collaboratrice, Paola, attenta, silenziosa e puntuale nelle sue osservazioni.
 I knew Roberto Grillo by fame for his high professionalism as a photographer and I had, on various occasions, appreciated his works. Then I discovered the artist, his sensitivity and his human gifts. Grillo, using a very sophisticated photographic technique, created a single piece on a large canvas to decorate a wall of my house, in the historic center of L’Aquila.
The environment that houses his work already has important frescoes and it was not easy to intervene on a wall with a solution that was not invasive or banal. Here the intuition of the artist who has collected colors and shapes interpreting them in an essence of shades and sensations. The result is an original and refined work. I am grateful to Grillo for the repeated exchanges of reflections and considerations that accompanied the genesis of this work. I wish him the best of success in his artistic career and in the production of other works made with this technique. I also thank his collaborator, Paola, attentive, silent and punctual in her observations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ARTISTA a 360° :) dopo aver girato non so quanti fotografi tra l'Aquila, Rieti e Avezzano, per il nostro matrimonio abbiamo scelto lui!!
Ma non sono per la sua professionalità, simpatia, disponibilità...
Ma perché davvero non è solo un fotografo ma davvero un'artista nel suo lavoro.. lo distingue da tutti sicuramente la sua creatività!! Davvero consiglio a tutti di andare a vedere i suoi lavori per capirlo!! Non potevamo fare davvero una scelta migliore!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che l'abbiamo incontrato ho pensato che fosse sfuggente, indecifrabile. Mi sono chiesta se avrebbe potuto davvero rappresentarci a fondo nel giorno del nostro matrimonio. Poi mi sono accorta, grazie soprattutto a mio marito Massimo Conte, che invece era un po' come noi, di montagna, all'inizio chiuso, ma capace di guardarti fin dentro al cuore, senza fronzoli inutili. E così è stato. Il nostro giorno è stato perfetto, Roberto mimetizzato tra gli ospiti ad immortalare le emozioni di quel giorno, sapendo coglierne tutte le sfumature. Per un ricordo vero, Roberto è il fotografo giusto. Ed è per questo che lo abbiamo scelto di nuovo per gli scatti con nostra figlia.
The first time we met him I thought it was elusive, indecipherable. I wondered if he could really represent us thoroughly on our wedding day. Then I realized, thanks above all to my husband Massimo Conte, who instead was a bit like us, in the mountains, initially closed, but capable of looking at you right into the heart, without unnecessary frills. And so it was. Our day was perfect, Roberto camouflaged among the guests to capture the emotions of that day, knowing how to capture all the nuances. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roberto è una persona squisita ed un grande artigiano. Ho chiesto di comporre due cornici per una cartolina ed una piuma, soggetti piuttosto inusuali. Il risultato è stato sorprendente, i colori e le forme si sposano alla perfezione con quanto richiesto. A mio parere, uno degli ultimi veri artigiani in circolazione, assolutamente consigliato!
Roberto is an exquisite person and a great craftsman. I asked to compose two frames for a postcard and a feather, rather unusual subjects. The result was surprising, the colors and shapes blend perfectly with what is required. In my opinion, one of the last true artisans in circulation, absolutely recommended!
