Trony d'ora in poi solo Amazon.
Ho comprato un telefono dopo 2 giorni volevo cambiarlo perché era difettato, mi hanno detto che devo portarlo in assistenza! Ma se lo appena comprato da 2 giorni?
Niente non me lo hanno voluto cambiare .
Amazon d'ora in avanti almeno li fai il reso e cambi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto l'acquisto di un elettrodomestico (precisamente una lavatrice), per colpa del corriere che non ha rispettato gli orari, e si posto in maniera arrogante, sgarbato e menefreghista, non è andata a buon fine!
Grazie al direttore del punto vendita di L'Aquila, il Signor Gianni, persona disponibile e pronta a mettersi a disposizione a fare la consegna personalmente, cercando di trovare diverse soluzioni per accontentare il cliente. Anche se la consegna non è stata eseguita, continuerò ad essere cliente di Media Word, perché ho molto apprezzato il modo di porsi di tutto il personale.
 I made the purchase of an appliance (precisely a washing machine), because of the courier who did not respect the timetables, and placed himself in an arrogant, rude and indifferent way, it did not go well!
Thanks to the manager of the L'Aquila store, Mr. Gianni, a person available and ready to make himself available to make the delivery personally, trying to find different solutions to please the customer. Even if the delivery has not been completed, I will continue to be a Media Word customer, as I greatly appreciate the attitude of all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mie 5 stelle sono solo per ADA che in un negozio vuoto di clienti ma pieno di addetti alle vendite è stata l'unica che stava servendo altri e l'unica che mi ha servito. Per fare un reso ho aspettato 15 minuti e se non fosse stato per lei sarei rimasta li ,visto che tutti quelli che sono passati dicevano che per i resi c'era solo lei.
Un consiglio... Corsi di formazione per tutti visto che 1 lavora e 10 guardano... Grazie ADA.
My 5 stars are only for ADA in an empty store customers but full of sales people was the only one who was serving others and the only one that has served me. To make a return, I waited 15 minutes and had it not been for her I would have been there, seen that all those who have passed said that for returns was just her.
A tip ... Training courses for everyone as one works and 10 look ... Thank ADA.
