Cute, colorful, well stocked, I've been buying Christmas favors there as a fabric mini-bag for friends for quite a few years. Also large bags, shopping bags etc. Polite kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio ci sono cose per tutte le tasche, prodotti ottimi davvero. Si possono fare le pensierini da 10 euro, bellini e particolari, fino ad arrivare a borsette e varie in ottimo cuoio e pellame. Io lo consiglio sempre.
In this shop there are things for all budgets, really excellent products. You can do the little thoughts from 10 euros, beautiful and particular, up to handbags and various in excellent leather and hides. I always recommend it.

Frequento il negozio da anni e sono sempre stata soddisfatta di tutti i miei acquisti, sia di quelli più piccoli ed economici sia delle borse più "importanti". Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente e l'allestimento curato, è sempre un vero piacere entrare a fare un giro da Roberta Borse!
Excellent quality / price ratio, the genuine leather and genuine leather bags are really well made and resistant. I have been going to the shop for years and have always been satisfied with all my purchases, both the smallest and cheapest ones and the most "important" bags. The staff is very kind and welcoming and the set up is nice, it's always a real pleasure to go for a ride at Roberta Bags!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite what the owner claims, none of the items are real leather. Within a day of purchase, my “leather” backpack began shedding and peeling the way cheap synthetics would.
The owner refused to give me a refund and enforced an exchange-only policy, but why would I swap my fake leather item with another fake leather item?
Updated to respond to the owner: Thanks for responding but unfortunately I have not been mistaken. I know this because I had to confirm the address when I started the dispute process with my credit card. It’s concerning that as the owner you haven’t heard about this “complaint” before because even your lawyer was involved. Ciao!
