Ho chiesto lo sconto del compleanno e a casa me ne sono accorta che non è stato inserito. It is my favorite Yves Rocher shop and the sales staff are very kind especially Annamaria that both my mom and I know from the 1 store in Vittorio Emanuele Milan. I was at the reopening on 14 May and the sales assistant Lidia was very kind in advising me on my purchases and available in leaving me many samples of perfume and creams.

Ho dovuto insistere perche' rifacessero il conto, alla fine mi hanno restituito I 70emtesimi,che avevo pagato in piu', ma con molta arroganza invece di scusarsi. Altra cosa inaudita per Milano mi hanno detto che non funzionava ilPos, quindi ho dovuto pagare in contante! Non entrero'piu'in questo negozio! Tornerei solo per lei che in pochissimo tempo ha guadagnato la mia fiducia dimostrandosi molto gentile ed informata, grande attenzione al cliente e ottima abilità nel vendere senza pressioni inutili e fastidiose. La recensione la lascio perché è l’unico modo di elogiarla direttamente con l’azienda, spero ve la reniate stretta perché è fortissima! I waited almost 20 minutes in the shop to get some guidance from her, but I was ignored because she was having a chat with some other lady. And when I gave up and proceeded to leave the store she accused me of stealing with a horrible language. It was extremely offensive and embarassing. Shame on this terrible woman!
