La marca la conoscevo già avendo acquistato due cose online, ma ho preferito andare direttamente in negozio sperando di ricevere un consiglio da esperti. A stento si è ricevuta una risposta al “buonasera”, ho chiesto qualcosa che desse l’effetto sangue sui vestiti, specificando che non sono dell’ambiente e che quindi non conosco i prodotti giusti. Mi è stato cattato un barattolo di sangue Fx senza che mi fossero state specificate caratteristiche, differenza rispetto ad altri (almeno) 5/6 prodotti e modo d’uso. Non ho fatto ulteriori domande in quanto mi è stata data la sensazione di infastidire il commesso solo entrando in negozio. La prossima volta risparmierò tempo acquistando online. Ps il risultato del prodotto è stato osceno. All’inizio sembra perfetto, ma da asciutto il colore diventa un rosso acrilico acceso che di sangue non ha proprio nulla. Sicuramente è dovuto alla mia inesperienza, ma non avendo trovato istruzioni sull’utilizzo ne online ne in negozio, questa è l’esperienza che riporto. The shop is well stocked. I already knew the brand having purchased two things online, but I preferred to go directly to the store hoping to receive advice from experts. Barely a response was received to the "good evening", I asked something that would give the blood effect on the clothes, specifying that they are not from the environment and therefore I do not know the right products. I was caught with a can of Fx blood without specifying any characteristics, difference compared to other (at least) 5/6 products and how to use it. I didn't ask any further questions as I was given the feeling of annoying the shop assistant just by entering the shop. Next time I will save time by shopping online. Ps the result of the product was obscene. At first it looks perfect, but when dry the color becomes a bright acrylic red that has nothing of blood. It is certainly due to my inexperience, but having found no instructions on how to use it online or in the shop, this is the experience that I report.

La qualità, altissima, passa quasi in secondo piano di fronte alla gentilezza, competenza e disponibilità del ragazzo che mi ha accolta fornendomi consigli accurati e personalizzati e rispondendo a qualsiasi dubbio. Ero accompagnata da un'amica makeup artist e siamo rimaste nel negozio a lungo, ben oltre la pausa pranzo in cui avrebbe dovuto chiudere. Siamo uscite soddisfatte e senza nulla che non fosse voluto e scelto con cognizione di causa. Ogni centesimo è ben speso, sicuramente tornerò! Malgrado non fossi per nulla esperta del genere mi ha consigliato prodotti adatti alle mie esigenze. Tornerò sicuramente. Well deserved five stars!
