P	Piero Durante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un intoppo stradale noto a tutti tra palermo e villabate, tra mille peripezie e impiegando 2 ore riesco ad arrivare in struttura e mi riferiscono che il medico nonostante il ritardo, mi aspetta. Purtroppo l'operatore di sportello mi riferisce che la "cassa è chiusa" e non accetta contanti ma bancomat. Visita 180 €. Se la cassa è chiusa è chiusa....Punto. Ma io avevo solo contanti?...grazie per la disponibilità e per avermi fatto andare via senza potere effettuare la visita..... Questo è il mio resoconto personale sulla visita fatta a mia figlia minorenne una settimana fa all'Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli. Mi auguro che sia un episodio isolato ma dal tenore delle altre recensioni non credo che sia così. In futuro me ne starò molto alla larga. Poor humanity, lack of professionalism, arrogance and a lack of education and tact. This is my personal account of the visit made to my minor daughter a week ago at the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute. I hope it's an isolated episode but from the tenor of the other reviews I don't think that's the case. In the future I will stay very far away.

Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento superficiale e francamente poco collaborativo! Sembra che in questa struttura abbiano soluzioni solo per persone che stanno bene! È come se dimenticassero che se uno va in un’ospedale a chiedere aiuto, ha bisogno di umanità e parole di conforto! Decisamente da non consigliare neanche per la ricostruzione delle falangette! We went to Rizzoli for a consultation on a hip replacement operation on a multi-pathological and obese patient! We received a superficial and frankly uncooperative treatment! It seems that in this facility they only have solutions for people who are fine! It is as if they forget that if one goes to a hospital to ask for help, he needs humanity and words of comfort! V	Vincenzo Sorrentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottori altamente specializzati, struttura eccellente, infermieri con adeguata preparazione, un po meno il personale addetto all'accoglienza e/o prericovero (non tutti) ma qualcuno, dovrebbe andare a casa e dare spazio a personale motivato in tal senso. Detto questo, complimenti a questo istituto ortopedico. Il Dott. Toscano top. Highly specialized doctors, excellent structure, nurses with adequate training, a little less the reception and / or pre-hospitalization staff (not all) but someone, should go home and give space to motivated personnel to do so. That said, kudos to this orthopedic institution. Dr. Toscano top.

Prima visita andata bene, il medico mi prescrive una RMN dicendomi di risentirci via email e telefonicamente dopodiché il nulla: non riesco a contattarlo da più di due settimane, ho fatto molteplici chiamate e inviato un sacco di email. Gli infermieri hanno sicuramente un livello di umanità migliore dei medici, è proprio vero che una laurea non rende signori. Non consiglio comunque quest'istituto assolutamente, di Rizzoli hanno solo il nome poi per il resto il trattamento è alla palermitana. Terrible.
