Wir haben noch nicht einmal das Anmeldeformular erhalten. Italienisch sprechende sehr wohl! Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit und nachdem immer wieder andere vorgezogen wurden, haben wir aufgegeben! Es gibt in ganz Palermo nur sehr wenige Möglichkeiten sich testen zu lassen, was zu Stundenlangen Wartezeiten führt … das sollte man bei der Reiseplanung berücksichtigen. We were here today to do a COVID test for our return trip. Unfortunately, we were sent back outside very unfriendly. We haven't even received the registration form yet. Italian speaking very well! After waiting for more than an hour and always bringing others forward, we gave up! There are very few opportunities to be tested in the whole of Palermo, which leads to waiting times for hours ... this should be taken into account when planning your trip.

Personale che si occupa dell'amministrazione scortesi e mal disposti ad ogni tipo d'informazione. Nevrotici senza cortesia. Delusione ? I had a hand surgery last week. Very nice doctor and medical staff in the ward. Staff who deal with the administration rude and unwilling to any kind of information. Neurotic without courtesy. Disappointment ?

Mi viene rassicurato più volte che in giornata intorno alle 18 o massimo in serata avrò l esito. Nulla, una persona lasciata a se stessa, disorganizzazione totale, 2 anni di pandemia e ancora siamo a questo punto. Poca professionalità, celeri e professionali solo a chiedere i 40€. Sono le 21 passate....ancora nulla I book molecular in the early morning, I go and at 9.20 I go out with the molecular already done, I ask several times if the result will be sent to me within the day because given the sensitive date, the work and the family I want to know it within the day. I am reassured several times that in the day around 6 pm or more in the evening I will have the result. Nothing, a person left to himself, total disorganization, 2 years of pandemic and we are still at this point. Little professionalism, fast and professional only to ask for the € 40. It's past 9 pm .... still nothing

J	James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had an appointment to get a covid test. lady at the reception kicked me out THREE TIMES. finally they noticed that it was their mistake not mine. the people who took the test, however, were super stressed and unfriendly, also nobody spoke a word english. avoid if possible
