Con molta pazienza si possono trovare buone occasioni I don't know why but the shop gets more and more confusing and the staff don't even notice that you have entered. With a lot of patience you can find good opportunities

Sono mamma di un bimbo di 22 mesi e incinta di 9 mesi con gravidanza a rischio che posso dimostrarvi con tante di cartelle cliniche. Ieri intorno alle 14.30 sono stata al negozio upim in compagnia di mio figlio e mio padre dopo aver fatto degli acquisti ho deciso di entrare nel vostro negozio per un paio di scarpette per mio figlio.. dopo aver provato 1 paio di scarpe li ho riposizionate nell apposita scatola nn essendo soddisfatta dei prodotti decisi di uscire.. sono stata inseguita con tanto di grida da un vostro dipendente accusandolo di aver lasciato una scatola tra l altro femminile vuota senza le sue scarpe all interno . Io mortificata perché la gente era lì che mi guardava ho subito invitato il commesso a chiamare i carabinieri nel caso contrario lo avrei fatto io xke ero sicura di nn aver commesso nessun reato. Lui entrando in negozio ha ritrovato le scarpe che mancavano dalla scatola e comincio a chiedermi scusa mentre la sua collega tirava le sue difese io nn ho accettato le sue scuse anzi mi sono rivolta ad un legale perché non si può accusare la gente davanti tra l altro altre persone senza prove fondate. Di sicuro nn entrerò più in nessun punto vendita pittarosso affinché nn vedo le dimissioni di questi due individui. Il ragazzo avrà tramite il mio avvocato anche una denuncia per diffamazione nei confronti miei. La settimana scorsa mi reco in negozio e approfitto della promozione "prendi 4 paia di scarpe il meno caro lo paghi 1,00 euro".Prima di pagare chiedo alla commessa di turno l' eventualità del cambio di un paio di scarpe per mio marito visto che non era in quel momento con me. La commessa mi dice che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema e che il cambio poteva essere fatto con qualsiasi altro articolo mantenendo l'offerta. Torno a casa contenta per aver risparmiato pagando il quarto paio di scarpe solo 1€ ma ritorno oggi in negozio per cambiare il paio di scarpe di mio marito che avevo pagato 49,90€ faccio il cambio con un paio di scarpe diverse ma con lo stesso prezzo quindi arrivo in cassa e mi sento dire dalla commessa che devo aggiungere una differenza di 9€ perché cambiando modello non rientravo più nell'offerta iniziale a meno che non riportavo in negozio le altre tre paia di scarpe incluse in quella offerta . Punto primo le altre scarpe sono già state utilizzate dai miei figli. Punto secondo non vedo perché l' offerta non è più valida visto che ho preso un paio di scarpe con lo stesso identico prezzo delle scarpe che volevo cambiare . Ritengo che questo modo di gestire una promozione sia scorretto nei confronti del cliente che per un solo cambio di scarpe con lo stesso prezzo si vede annullare l' intera offerta per cui si era convinta a comprare quattro paia di scarpe. Da un'azienda di questo livello mi aspetto molto più serietà e onestà nei confronti della clientela . Bad experience. I believe that this way of managing a promotion is unfair to the customer that for a single change of shoes with the same price the entire offer for which she was convinced to buy four pairs of shoes is canceled. From a company of this level I expect much more seriousness and honesty towards customers.

In questo momento ci sono gli sconti fino al 70% e in più un'altra offerta: compra 3 paia di scarpe (qualsiasi misura, e anche con gli sconti) e il quarto lo paghi 1€! Davvero conveniente! ????? Mi sono trovato solo alla cassa con lei che continuava a parlare di fatti privati con un collega e facendomi aspettare più di 5 minuti per pagare un paio di scarpe. Ah sono andato via anche senza sacchetto! Bad experience just had! The cashier (or at least today's one) has completely no interest in the customer.
