Abbiamo incontrato Valeria, (che credo non lavori più li) e le abbiamo esposto il nostro desiderio, ovvero organizzare un viaggio in Provenza con varie tappe culturali e hotel adeguati anche x bambini. Premetto che ho lasciato decidere quasi tutto a lei, avendo io poco tempo a disposizione, abbiamo deciso in fretta e ingenuamente abbiamo creduto che lei fosse ferrata sul tipo di viaggio. Scrivo ora che mancano 3 giorni al termine della vacanza xche sono rimasta delusa del poco prodigarsi a nostro favore, gli alberghi e i luoghi sono stati posizionati male e senza logica e senza accertarsi che fossero in linea con le nostre esigenze.. Anche se la ragazza non lavora più lì chiederei alla titolare o a chi ne fa le veci di selezionare meglio il personale, o di affiancarlo in caso non fosse all'altezza. Io ho sbagliato nell'essere stata troppo fiduciosa.. Ho capito xche molte persone attraverso vari siti si prenotano da sole le vacanze.. Se questo è il risultato!! (stavo dimenticando abbiamo speso abbastanza, a mio avviso anche troppo) My husband and I went to this agency on the advice of a friend. We met Valeria, (who I believe does not work there anymore) and we showed her our desire, or organize a trip to Provence with various cultural stops and hotels suitable even for children. I state that I let her decide almost everything, having little time available, we decided quickly and naively we believed she was well versed in the type of trip. I write now that there are 3 days to go to the end of the holiday because I was disappointed by the little efforts made in our favor, the hotels and the places have been badly positioned and without logic and without making sure that they were in line with our needs .. Even if the girl does not he works more there, I would ask the owner or his guardian to better select the staff, or to support him if he is not up to it. I was wrong in having been too trusting .. I understood that many people book holidays themselves through various sites .. If this is the result !! (I was forgetting we spent enough, in my opinion too much)

Ci hanno accontentato prontamente su tutte le ns richieste. Siamo stati a Cuba a cavallo di Capodanno e tutto è stato perfetto e se c'è stato qualche piccolo trascurabile imprevisto non certo per colpa loro (la palla passa prima al Tour Operator Nazionale e poi a quello Locale). Consigliata. Very kind is beginning to Ms Ornella that after Mrs. Monia. Available on everything, even to let us check-in online distance! They accommodated promptly on all our requests. We were in Cuba to New Year's horse and everything was perfect and if there was some small insignificant unexpected certainly not their fault (the ball passes the first National Tour Operator and then to the local). F	Franco Di Carmine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella poiché zero non può essere assegnato , Assolutamente assenza di professionalità e capacità di relazione col pubblico, disinformate e mal informate , chiamate nella giornata di giovedì chiedo per fare un biglietto Alitalia con integrazione per il cane, mi viene detto di recarmi in agenzia sabato per fare tutte le pratiche , arrivati lì aspettato un ora e mi viene detto che il servizio assistenza per integrazione biglietti per i cani non è attivo sabato e domenica, asserendo menzogne quindi anche sulla stessa Alitalia la quale poi ho richiamato e sbrigato tutte le pratiche in autonomia direttamente con il call center della compagnia , assolutamente da evitare!!!! .....E se vuole ricostruire in maniera oggettiva la vicenda almeno non dichiari anche qui il falso , poiché mi sono recato alle 15:30 come da voi richiesto al telefono e abbiamo aspettato almeno 45 minuti con una persona anziana anche ad aspettare fuori prima di noi in piedi lì da almeno mezz’ora, e stranamente in altra agenzia la questione è stata sbrigata in 10 minuti tanto valeva dire che non le andava di “perdere tempo” con Alitalia o forse come già scritto mal informata in merito. Abbiamo avuto sostegno per tutte le pratiche di annullamento le ragazze ci hanno risposto al telefono praticamente h24 consigliandoci su cosa fare per non perdere i soldi, sempre con estrema educazione e trasparenza. Avevamo già avuto un'ottima impressione al momento della prenotazione, riconfermata in questi tempi dove avevano già incassato soldi e l'interesse alla pratica poteva venir meno. Consigliamo vivamente l'agenzia per la professionalità, la competenza ma soprattutto davvero per l'estrema trasparenza di tutte le ragazze che ci lavorano. Grazie e speriamo di riuscire a partire presto :-) We had booked a trip to the Aura office in January, we had to go to New York with our family, due to covid, we had to give up the trip. We had support for all cancellation procedures, the girls answered the phone practically 24 hours a day, advising us on what to do in order not to lose the money, always with extreme education and transparency. We had already had an excellent impression at the time of booking, reconfirmed in these times where they had already collected money and the interest in the practice could fail. We highly recommend the agency for professionalism, competence but above all really for the extreme transparency of all the girls who work there. Thanks and we hope to be able to leave soon :-)

Scrivo per ringraziarvi della magnifica esperienza che grazie alla Vostra impeccabile organizzazione ho fatto; mi avete delicatamente coccolato da quando ho messo il piede in aeroporto a Lisbona fino a quando sono malinconicamente ripartito da Porto. La calda accoglienza, il tecnologico/puntuale/ pulito pullman, i lussuosi Hotel, le squisite cene... ma in particolare voglio elogiare la guida che con la sua professionalità, puntualità, cordialità ci ha fatto sentire a casa; la sua cultura sconfinata ed il suo amore per il Portogallo mi hanno fortemente segnato e legato a questa magnifica terra; grazie alla sua attenzione ed amore per i dettagli ed agli aneddoti che tenevano alta sempre l'attenzione del gruppo intero. The warm welcome, the technological / punctual / clean bus, the luxurious hotels, the exquisite dinners ... but in particular I want to praise the guide who made us feel at home with his professionalism, punctuality and friendliness; his boundless culture and his love for Portugal have strongly marked and tied me to this magnificent land; thanks to his attention and love for details and the anecdotes that always kept the whole group's attention high.
