I only bought train tickets for a planned trip. Very helpful and prepared. I was given precise and detailed information on possible alternatives, according to the time requirements that I had expressed, and recommended the most appropriate solutions for my needs.

Ho quindi concluso velocemente l'acquisto dei titoli di viaggio, dopo aver valutato diverse opzioni propostemi. Tornerò sicuramente per pianificare e organizzare altri viaggi più impegnativi.
I was for the first time in this travel agency on Monday 21 January to book some plane tickets, finding a good availability and a tangible competence on the part of the staff. I therefore quickly concluded the purchase of the travel tickets, after evaluating various options proposed to me. I will definitely be back to plan and organize other more challenging trips.

Essendo cliente dal 2005 (soddisfattissimo), penso di scrivere con una certa cognizione di causa.
Una menzione speciale per l'operativissima Anna Maria, ma ovviamente aggiungo anche tutti gli altri magnifici componenti: Mario; Elena e Sabrina!
I cannot recommend this travel agency highly! Competence; attention to the customer, as well as the friendliness of all the staff ... they really make the difference!
