La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e prodiga di consigli e spiegazioni sui vari piatti presenti nel menù e fuori carta. Antipasti e primi ottimi: delicati e gustosi, dolci un po' troppo dolci per i nostri gusti personali ma buoni, il tutto con una presentazione molto invitante. Una carta dei vini molto ricca vi può fare apprezzare ancora di più quanto servito. Servizio veloce e attento. I prezzi sono giusti e in linea con la qualità offerta. Un ristorante dove rilassarsi e godersi appieno un pranzo o una cena.
The restaurant, in a historic villa in the center of Gattinara, is very bright, welcoming and complies with all the regulations in force. The owner was very kind and generous with advice and explanations on the various dishes on the menu and off the menu. Excellent appetizers and first courses: delicate and tasty, desserts a little too sweet for our personal tastes but good, all with a very inviting presentation. A very rich wine list can make you appreciate even more what is served. Fast and attentive service. The prices are fair and in line with the quality offered. A restaurant where you can relax and fully enjoy a lunch or dinner.

Some of the best risotto I've had in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorite restaurants in the whole world! Service is always impeccable and Chef Maurizio’s ability to blend flavors in new ways while using many local ingredients is stellar. I highly recommend the tasting menu with the wine pairing if you are a foodie up for anything.
