Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione da 130€ così da avere una visuale completa sull’universo “CUCINE NERVI” e così è stato. I piatti rappresentano il percorso di crescita dello chef per cui è un alternarsi di metodi di cottura e di sapori che spaziano dalla cucina regionale a quella francese ed ancora a quella orientale. È interessante osservare da vicino il lavoro curato e silenzioso dello staff, consiglio il “social-table” preziosissimo di fronte alla cucina. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche le due chiacchiere scambiate a fine serata con chef Quadrio con il quale ci siamo confrontati su ciò che avevamo mangiato. Un gruppo di lavoro di giovani affiatato e professionale. Complimenti davvero! A 360-degree experience in the world of cooking. The refined environment, the impeccable service, the amazing dishes. What more could you want ?! We took the € 130 tasting menu so as to have a complete view of the "CUCINE NERVI" universe and so it was. The dishes represent the growth path of the chef for which it is an alternation of cooking methods and flavors that range from regional to French and even oriental cuisine. It is interesting to closely observe the careful and silent work of the staff, I recommend the very precious “social-table” in front of the kitchen. We also very much appreciated the two chats exchanged at the end of the evening with chef Quadrio with whom we discussed what we had eaten. A close-knit and professional team of young people. Un plauso enorme e sincero a tutto lo staff, dallo chef Stefano a tutti i ragazzi in sala. Squadra giovane, sorridente, volenterosa, e sopratutto immensamente brava! Lo chef è un personaggio speciale che ti stravolge dall'inizio alla fine, esperienza che rasenta la perfezione direi di passare di botto alle 2 stelle gommate. Unico appunto una carta dei vini da osare un po' di più. This place will make a lot of talk about itself, finally a breath of new air in a sea tired of a restaurant that has come to an end. Non una semplice cena, ma un’esperienza indimenticabile che va al di là della bontà ed unicità dei piatti che abbiamo degustato. Siamo stati accompagnati dall’inizio alla fine in un percorso meraviglioso composto da 9 portate, dove ogni boccone ci provocava un’emozione. Location d’eccezione con cucina a vista, i piatti venivano cucinati, assemblati e serviti davanti ai nostri occhi. Una brigata giovane,dinamica, organizzata e con tante idee che si ritrovano nei piatti. Sommelier preparato ottimi consigli sui vini e ottimi gli accostamenti con i cocktail analcolici; la carta conta 350 etichette più i vini di loro produzione. Un ristorante di questo calibro è quello che serve a Gattinara e a tutto il territorio limitrofo. Alla prossima! Professionalism, courtesy, refinement and attention to detail ... simply perfection. We were accompanied from start to finish on a wonderful 9-course itinerary, where every bite caused us an emotion. An exceptional location with an open kitchen, the dishes were cooked, assembled and served before our eyes. A young, dynamic, organized brigade with many ideas that are found in the dishes. Sommelier prepared excellent wine recommendations and excellent combinations with non-alcoholic cocktails; the card has 350 labels plus the wines they produce. A restaurant of this caliber is what Gattinara and the surrounding area need. Until next time!

Ristorante di livello, ottimo cibo, belle presentazioni, peccato per l' abbonamento vini....non all' altezza dei piatti. Consigliato ma sceglietevi una bottiglia adeguata. Splendid cellar, modern architecture in wood and metal, the history of wine also passes through here. Level restaurant, excellent food, beautiful presentations, a shame about the wine subscription .... not up to par. Recommended but choose a suitable bottle.
