Ad inizio serata ti offrono come antipasto un piccolo panino ripieno. La Brustolà ha un impasto leggero e digeribile, costituisce un buon piatto completo. Non abbiamo sperimentato i dolci perché già sazi. Il locale è pulito e luminoso, dotato di grande parcheggio esterno. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca: non fanno conti separati. Per il resto è ottimo per una piacevole serata in compagnia. Comodo anche da raggiungere essendo a poche centinaia di metri dal casello autostradale di Alte Montecchio. Locale da provare. Nice place where you only eat Brustolà, a kind of Roman pinza with different fillings. At the beginning of the evening they offer you a small stuffed sandwich as an appetizer. The Brustolà has a light and digestible dough, it is a good complete dish. We have not experimented with sweets because they are already full. The restaurant is clean and bright, with a large outdoor parking area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only flaw: they do not do separate accounts. For the rest it is excellent for a pleasant evening with friends. It is also convenient to reach as it is just a few hundred meters from the Alte Montecchio motorway exit. Local to try.

Impasto molto leggero e digeribile. Interessante assortimento ed associazione degli ingredienti. Tornerò sicuramente. Tornato e confermo tutto quanto sopra recensito. Local in an industrial area. Large parking lot. Book x time otherwise you will not find a place. They serve excellent classic and gourmet bruschetta. Very light and digestible dough. La loro caratteristica peculiare riguarda il servire una pizza in pala molto ben fatta: 5 farine diverse mescolate assieme, alta idratazione, lunga lievitazione anche con lievito madre, ricerca negli ingredienti. Una pizza che senza dubbio merita. Unica nota che declassa dalle 5 stelle che sarebbero state meritate riguarda il servizio, cortese ma poco organizzato e che ha comportato lunga attesa in particolare nel poter effettuare l'ordinazione. Very nice place, easy to reach even if out of the town. Their peculiar characteristic concerns the serving of a very well made pizza in shovel: 5 different flours mixed together, high hydration, long leavening even with mother yeast, research into the ingredients. A pizza that undoubtedly deserves. The only note that downgrades from the 5 stars that would have been deserved concerns the service, courteous but not very organized and which involved a long wait in particular in being able to place the order.
