Lasciate perdere!!!! Il venditore che avevo fatto il contratto mi voleva restituire i soldi della caparra 2000€ (auto usata), perché la macchina non era conforme alle mie esigenze. È intervenuto il proprietario e mi ha cacciato fuori dal concessionario , fatto raccomandata da avvocato non ha mai voluto presentarsi davanti al giudice di pace
Forget it !!!! The salesman who had made the contract wanted to give me back the money of the € 2000 deposit (used car), because the car did not meet my needs. The owner intervened and chased me out of the dealer, registered by a lawyer, he never wanted to appear before the justice of the peace

Entrato. Rimasto solo 15 minuti e nessuno è venuto a chiedermi cosa volevo. Era la prima volta che entravo, sicuramente sarà l'ultima visto che ero partito da distante per vedere la nuova Sportage... Pazienza.

Ho portato la mia auto per il tagliando e mi sono trovato bene. Tagliando eseguito e in più mi hanno lavato la macchina pulito il vano motore e santificato gli interni. Un ringraziamento al sig. Marco Cecchinato che è stato veramente gentile e professionale. Sicuramente la riporterò a lui ad ogni tagliando!
I took my car for the service and I was fine. Service performed and in addition they washed my car, cleaned the engine compartment and sanctified the interior. Thanks to Mr. Marco Cecchinato who was really kind and professional. I will definitely bring it back to him with every service!

Personalmente ho trovato tutte persone gentili e disponibili, mi hanno cambiato la pompa frizione del Chrysler vojager, consegnata il giovedì ritirata il venerdì, lavoro eseguito bene la macchina ora é apposto. Leggendo recensioni negative avevo qualche dubbio se affidarmi a loro ma adesso posso dire andate tranquilli, sono stati onesti anche come costo dell'intervento.

To whom it may concern, I am not satisfied with how my car was handled by the named company above. I took my Chrysler 300 into the dealership to get worked on (it was running crappy, sputtering and excessive fuel usage) ended up being ignition coil and sparkplugs..... problem fixed...... also had a transmission indicator recall serviced too.... now please sit down.... took the car in with 82301 miles on it and got it back with 82505 and dealership had it for almost a week and a half.... this is a 202 mile difference.... yes 202 miles and used a full tank of gas...... so the phone call was made, with the help a coworker who speaks Italian, and this is the story the dealership gave...... grab a drink cause this is a good one..... after you sign the release form, the mechanic takes the car home for 3 days while he diagnosis the problem and fixes it... yes 3 days and then the shop supervisor takes it home for 3 days to ensure there is no other issues..... their story is that if they did not do this then I would had been charged for the time and distance they drove to test the car out..... I totally understand putting 20-30 miles on it to test drive it and ensure that the problem was fixed, but not 202 miles. this is totally unprofessional and extremely unethical for a company to do this with a customers vehicle.
