Bella location per cene nelle calde serate estive. Personale molto gentile. Traditional Romagna cuisine, but also other delicious alternatives. Excellent prices and a wide choice of local wines from the adjacent cellars. Nice location for dinners on warm summer evenings. Very nice staff.

V	Vlaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che bella sorpresa il Via Vai, adagiato sulle prime colline di Dozza imolese, proprio là dove finisce l’Emilia e inizia la Romagna. Un ristorante di collina, perfetto in queste giornate estive, per abbandonare l’afa della pianura e, soprattutto di sera, trovare il fresco rigenerante dei morbidi colli imolesi. Al tramonto poi, il panorama dal music lounge più in alto è veramente fascinoso e riposante. Ma veniamo al ristorante. Il vantaggio di essere in mezzo alla natura, in un parco molto curato, permette di cenare all'aperto e questo è possibile anche per gruppi abbastanza numerosi, com’era il nostro, con oltre 10 persone. La struttura è molto accogliente, in legno. Siamo in Romagna, per cui il ricco menù è basato su cucina del territorio, tra cui i misteriosi curzul, una pasta fresca all’uovo, che condita con scalogno, guanciale e altri sfiziosi condimenti, è squisita. Ma tutte le proposte che abbiamo scelto hanno superato a pieni voti il nostro giudizio: dall’antipasto misto a base di crescentine fritte, salumi e squacquerone ai primi, oltre al curzul al ragù di castrato, anche le diverse paste fresche ripiene e i passatelli erano squisiti. Tra i secondi abbiamo provato il castrato con patate casarecce con buccia e le 10 costolette con salsa barbecue e patate ripiene. Tutto ottimo e anche abbondante. Servizio impeccabile e prezzi equi. E quando tutto va bene anche la compagnia è più allegra. Che aggiungere? Bravi! Continuate così!! At sunset, the panorama from the top music lounge is truly fascinating and relaxing. But let's get to the restaurant. The advantage of being in the middle of nature, in a well-kept park, allows you to dine outdoors and this is also possible for quite large groups, such as ours, with over 10 people. The structure is very welcoming, made of wood. We are in Romagna, so the rich menu is based on local cuisine, including the mysterious curzul, a fresh egg pasta, which is delicious topped with shallots, bacon and other delicious condiments. But all the proposals we chose passed our judgment with flying colors: from the mixed appetizer based on fried crescentine, salami and squacquerone to the first courses, in addition to curzul with mutton ragù, also the various fresh stuffed pasta and passatelli were delicious . Among the main courses we tried the mutton with homemade potatoes with peel and the 10 ribs with barbecue sauce and stuffed potatoes. All excellent and also abundant. Impeccable service and fair prices. And when all goes well, the company is also happier. What to add? Well done! Keep it up!!

G	Giulia Lazzaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una bellissima passeggiata presso il borgo di Dozza, ci siamo fermate in questo ristorante e nonostante la confusione causata dalle tavolate di 20 persone ( e si capisce anche il perché visto il paesaggio spettacolare e l'estetica del locale in sé), abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e in abbondanza!!! La qualità degli ingredienti si è vista! Personale accogliente e gentilissimo, servizio direi ottimo! L'unica pecca che mi sento di fare è la posizione del tavolo, se dovete segnare i tavoli e il numero di persone, consiglierei un'altra ubicazione. Diventa fastidioso ad un certo punto mangiare con dietro il cameriere che spunta i tavoli su una parete! Per il resto è stata davvero una piacele giornata, la ciliegina sulla torta è stata la crescentina!!! Cosa dire semplicemente deliziosa, dorata e fumante, una goduria!!! Penso che fosse la più buna che abbia assaggiato durante il mio soggiorno a Bologna. Poi il dolce, già il nome "Tiramifuori" dice tutto, super azzeccato e delizioso!!!! Per non parlare del paesaggio, ci siamo fermate due ore a prendere il sole sugli sdrai che ci sono vicino allo stagno. E' stata una domenica di puro relax!!! The only flaw I feel is the position of the table, if you have to mark the tables and the number of people, I would recommend another location. At some point it becomes annoying to eat with the waiter behind him checking the tables on a wall! For the rest it was a really nice day, the icing on the cake was the crescentina !!! What to say simply delicious, golden and steaming, a pleasure !!! I think it was the best I tasted during my stay in Bologna. Then the dessert, already the name "Tiramifuori" says it all, super apt and delicious !!!! Not to mention the landscape, we stopped for two hours to sunbathe on the deck chairs next to the pond.
