They hold a huge range of local wines.but without any guidance, one who is not familiar with the region, cannot find it self
The wines available for tasting at them automatic machine varied from stale to great.
still with no real guidance I got lost.
Very disappointing, such a place with such a mission, but with such a poor execution

You can book taste esperiences for small or large groups in both Italian or English with local sommeliers. At the end of the training a superb selection of hundreds wines awaits you in the canteen. The Enoteca is placed inside the Sforzesco castle in the marvellous setting of Dozza mediaeval town up on the hill surrounded by italian wineyards and history.
