Prezzi nella norma per quello che abbiamo preso. Molto brava la cameriera che quel giorno era da sola a gestire L intera sala. Modern restaurant in Dozza. Giusto equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione: locale in pieno centro storico a Dozza (zona traffico limitato), cibo squisito e vino davvero buono, personale capace, attento e piacevole (in particolare una ragazza coi capelli Rossi e gli occhiali), location calda e accogliente con interni decorati, prezzi onesti. Primi delicati ma saporiti (tortelli neri ripieni di gamberi spaziali). La Carne de bellota (fuori menù) si scioglieva in bocca. Dolci deliziosi e imperdibili anche per i meno golosi. Esperienze da provare!! Unmissable!! Visto che ho pranzato nel wend cerano diverse persone ( esterno pieno) e nonostante le buone capacità di servizio della ragazza si deve aspettare molto, forse un rinforzo in sala sarebbe necessario.Anche la cucina un po lenta nella preparazione. Pietanze ben impiattate bella la presentazione e il gusto, dosi giuste proporzionate al prezzo, Nel periodo invernale saletta interna forse necessaria la prenotazione vista la capacità ridotta. Seriously, hubby and I determined this as our top favourite gastronomical experience among a long list of places and meals from our Europe road trip. The tagliata and the Carbonara tortellini were simply heavenly, melting in your mouth and making us groan with pleasure almost indecently. Make it a point to go out of your way and get a taste! Great service and delicious wines as well!
