★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Rivellino è una pizzeria molto vicina al centro della deliziosa cittadina di Dozza. L'ambiente è carino, con un'ampia veranda esterna e un buon numero di tavoli esterni, piacevole.
Anche il servizio è eccezionalmente gentile, con la cameriera che si è anche offerta di sgomberarci un tavolo libero dopo il pranzo per chiacchiere e giochi da tavolo.
Purtroppo invece le pizze non solo all'altezza. Per prima cosa mancavano molti ingredienti, tanto che ho dovuto cambiare pizza due volte prima di trovarne una disponibile. Quando sono arrivate, erano entrambe poco cotte e non molto buone, con le patate che erano cotte solo fuori e i gamberi che non sapevano di molto.
Il conto è ok, forse leggermente più alto della norma: due pizze, acqua, coca cola, e un caffè a 24 €.
Nel complesso, il Rivellino è un posto carino, che però dovrebbe profondamente rivedere gli ingredienti e i metodi di cottura.
Il Rivellino is a pizzeria very close to the center of the delightful town of Dozza. The environment is nice, with a large outdoor veranda and a good number of outdoor tables, pleasant.
The service is also exceptionally nice, with the waitress even offering to vacate us a free table after lunch for small talk and board games.
Unfortunately, however, the pizzas are not only up to par. First of all, many ingredients were missing, so much so that I had to change pizza twice before finding one available. When they arrived, they were both undercooked and not very good, with the potatoes only being cooked outside and the shrimp not tasting much.
The bill is ok, perhaps slightly higher than the norm: two pizzas, water, coke, and a coffee for 24 €.
Overall, the Rivellino is a nice place, but it should deeply review the ingredients and cooking methods.
