★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandro apre il locale solo a pranzo, dalle 12,00 alle 15,30. Cambia menù ogni giorno. Due o tre primi, due o tre secondi. E poi verdure e frutta di stagione. Acqua e vino alla spina. Dolcetti, caffè e liquorini. É la gioia dei lavoratori in pausa pranzo che si beano dei manicaretti che confeziona Dorina a velocità supersonica. Ai tavoli Ionela insieme ai piatti porta un sorriso per tutti. Ti rendi conto quanto é importante la bontà e la sicurezza di un piatto genuino nel poco tempo a disposizione e quando ti aspetta un altro periodo di lavoro. Ma di Sandro, Ionela e Dorina ne parlano in tanti e c'é chi ci va a pranzo di proposito per gustare la loro cucina semplice e artigianale, anni luce lontana dalla fumositá dei gourmet. Per la sera c'è disponibilità, su prenotazione, per cene e banchetti. Il locale non é molto grande, spartano e pulito. La cucina a vista offre lo spettacolo di Dorina che prepara, spadella e impiatta. Per oggi abbiamo scelto spaghetti all'amatriciana e verza e salsiccia, biscottini secchi fatti in casa, acqua, vino, liquorino e caffè. Qualità alta e prezzi popolari. Servizio veloce e attento. Wi-fi gratuito. Ai massimi livelli relativamente alla categoria del locale.
Sandro opens the restaurant only for lunch, from 12.00 to 15.30. Change menus every day. Two or three first courses, two or three second courses. And then vegetables and seasonal fruit.
