★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time there and it is one of the two best, if not the best Steak House in Central Italy. I had the green pepper filet, and my wife had the mixed grill. Both were excellent and this was the first time in two years the meat was perfectly.cooked to medium rare. We had a nice salad is finoccio and orange, desert of panna cotta with Frutti di Bosco. Excellent. The wine too hit the mark. 2012 from Umbria a red whose name escapes me, unfortunately. It too was worth having again. We will return. Cava 18 is worth returning to, again and again.
