★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food of Puglia, the mixed starter of the house is a dish to behold..in fact 2 dishes, a large cold plate followed by a large hot plate of mixed delights of Local cusine. i followed this with a steak cooked in Primitivo sauce and a glass of the same wine.....simply fantastico....only dissapiontment was the lack of dessert ,im sure you guys could muster up a Puglian delight or 2...all in all 9 out of 10 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most amazing authentic restaraunt in Alberobello. The dishes were all sourced from fresh local products and owner was very hospitable and proud of the quality of food he serves.this one we are at a few times as all the dishes we ordered were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resturant is amazing and it deserves all the 5 stars! we wanted to eat in a trullo but a little bit outside the centro storico and we found il trullo del Conte. Food and service were both great! I would definitely recommend the carne mista alla griglia and orecchiette. The quality to price ratio was high. if I come again to Puglia, I will visit this resturant again.

Especially the young waiter was charming, served us more than well and gave us honest food recommendation. We enjoyed it a lot.
The prices were super fair, they even serve local draft beer (BIG recommendation!).
