★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggested by my B&B, this restaurant is a gem: the appetizer alone, made of 12 (yes, twelve!) little dishes with local specialties is enough for a dinner. But I wanted to splurge and tried also the lamb which was tasty and well worth it.
If in Alberobello don't miss this place.

Definitely delicious food, very good service, and great selection of local wines. Definitely recommend this place but note that you have to make a reservation. It is very busy place.

Good food, nice service, cozy atmosphere. Excellent line list, reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a person, who cares about the service, don't go to that place! We arrived at the place without the reservation and the waiter informed us, that the table will be free in 20/30 min. We were fine with this as they have a dish which I was craving since 3 weeks - sea food gnocchi! After more or less 30 min, we are back and the waiter informe us that the table is still not ready yet. We had to wait additional 20 min... When we finally got the table, we ordered 2 starters and 2 primos.
One starter was amazing! That was scamorza with bacon, highly recommend! The other was ok, but had one of the most disappointing buratta in our live (and this region is famous for it!), while the capocollo from Martina Franca was reaaally good.
Regarding primi, seafood gnocchi were okay and very good the cime Di rapa orecchiette .
Overall, if you don't know where to go, it's ok place, it's a good trattoria, but not the top.
