★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite restaurant in Alberobello. Living in the town for most of the year you get to try most of the local restaurants. This one in particular stands head and shoulders above the rest. It is cosy and intimate serving delicious food on a fine dining basis with a casual air coupled with an extensive wine list that is not too pricey. Go for the antipasto, always good fresh food of the moment. Francesco is a very welcoming and friendly host.

I was very hesitant to have lunch anywhere in this town knowing how touristy this destination is. And to honest it’s the worst experience to dine somewhere that is treating food a tourist trap. But so lucky this is not one of those places.
The small footprint of the dining room means you might not be the lucky one, and if you are anything like me who loves good food - make sure you dine here.
The appetizers and the pasta courses were delicious! My favorite is the burrata with the raw shrimp - Devine!
I tasted the pasta with ragu - which was cooked for 48 hours - what an intense flavor! Make sure you have a glass of a full bodied red wine!
Rabbit was my choice and I am happy to say this was the place to try the meat.
Very good place, people here choose quality over quantity and you can taste it.

The owner makes you feel like home (but here you don't have to cook yourself. ?)
He makes time to give you advice and answer all your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By chance we found this restaurant and also got a table. The menu was via scan code and very detailed. We ordered a starter, main meal and desert with 2 different white wines and coffee at the end. All in all a great meal, very tasty, not too much. The service was also great, very friendly and when we had a question it was answered very competently, especially on the wines from the area. The restaurant is small and you can also eat outside.Certainly a place we would recommend and also visit again.
