★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended by our Airbnb hosts we sat downstairs in the room that was a trulli great ambiance. They say this place was rated by Michelin a year or so ago but I don’t know the details. The ricotta and prosciutto? That we had was really good.. the salt of the meat and the plainness of the ricotta. The two of us shared that. It was bug. Then he got the mixed grill and loved it. I got the seabass which was presented like a rolled up tower with tomatoes around it. Very light. I had the almond ice cream as dessert., it was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Puglian restaurant located in the pedestrian area of Alberobello. The building looks like being in a Trullo, the service is fine, quick and available. The dishes are the ones of the tradition of this area, the “Antipasti l’Aratro” and the mixed meat grill are suggested. The check is not cheap, but you pay the great location where you are, and quality of food is anyhow here above the average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I appreciate the creativity in the dishes and the amount of vegetarian options, all of the dishes fell flat for me, especially compared to any of the many good options in the Ostuni area. We had the house appetizers and most of them were bland, with the veggies being overcooked. Presentation was a bit old school and could be easily improved by the owner (shredded iceberg lettuce). Disappointed as it was once listed on osterie d’Italia, which usually has good recommendations.

Their food was good with good environment. You can have a place inside the trullo or outside with the cover.
You can try the typical dishes from here. e.g. orecchiette.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. The antipasto dish (€24) comes with about 10, small amuse-bouche style dishes. Very rich in flavor and surprisingly filling. Got the classic menu + an additional pasta dish to share with one other person. Staff was friendly and prideful in their food and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute surprise find on a very hot day in Alberobello. Would highly recommend the antipasti for two. The variety and volume of tantalising morsels was outstanding and seriously enough for lunch. We had already ordered the salsicce/sausages though, so we found room to devour them as well. The host and staff were very helpful and were more than happy to speak English as we practiced our Italian!
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant in the historical centre of Alberobello. The owner is generally always there and is a very sweet man. The service is great. Now onto the food, which was excellent. We had:
1. The antipasto (the house special - minimum 2 people) this is highly recommended. My photos do not show most of the antipasto, but it is many small plates and each was absolutely awesome.
2. The capocollo di Martina Franca (a town next to Alberobello) which was excellent.
3. The Orechiette (a traditional dish from the region).
While I didn’t dine gluten free, the other member of the party did. She had gluten free orechiette, and was provided with gluten free bread and taralli!
I would definitely recommend this place.
