β β β β β Food was not bad at all, but the service really needs improvement!! Therefor I give it 2 stars, only for the food. The person (Older bald man, pair of glasses) who serves me was so grumpy, not friendly at all. It kinda ruining my mood as well while having dinnerβ¦
Also called the restaurant many times for a reservation, no one answered any call, 45 min. before opening! Sent an emailβ¦.no reply. I mean, come on!! Are you a business or not???
Anyways, there are so many restaurants around, better look for a better one whom serves good food as well.

β β β β β I love that there were olive jars on each table. Pasta was between ok and good, fava bean puree was good, tortelinnis were good. It was also nice that they offered marengue and roasted sweet peanuts with coffee after lunch.
Good location, pleasant temperature inside, and electric plugs by the tables to charge your phone.
Friendly, patient and helpful staff.

β β β β β Burrata and tortellini were alright and probably the better of what we ordered. The white fava bean purΓ©e was deceiving as it was listed as a pasta main dish on the menu (See attached photo) but came with no pasta in sight and with the worldβs bitterest vegetable. I felt that the trullo beef was disappointing as the red wine and mushroom sauce was very bland and the meat quality was not great.

β β β β β I returned for the third time to this restaurant. It was like a pleasant lunch as usual. The service is excellent and the quality of the dishes equally excellent. Wine list quite varied and in any case of quality. The bill was acceptable.β¬β¬β¬

β β β β β Away from the touristic cheap restaurants on the Main Street, this place is a true find!
Iβd definitely recommend the antipasto della casa, which is the starters for 2 people.
A little bit of every deliciousness from Puglia!
Also the tuna steak was so tender and juicy!!
Wine was fresh and fruity!
Go away from the touristic restaurants where you will eat chicken schintzel and come to this lovely trullo and you will appreciate true Apulian food!

β β β β β Delicious! We were lucky to visit on a slow night and get a table without reservation, bur according with the locals, the place is always busy. We witnessed why: the variety of food is delicious (but it is Italy, so that's a given already), served on a great atmosphere of what seems trulli connected rooms. The service is formal, but friendly. Inside the restaurant is quiet and romantic (at least for us, as we went on a romantic date).
