La quinta stella manca perché alcuni mi sono sembrati troppo troppo cari (un simbolo planetario non più grande di una monetina da 2 centesimi e ancora più leggero anche se in oro non può costare più di 80€)
The products are really beautiful and I was informed of the possibility that some may change with time and wear. The fifth star is missing because some seemed too expensive (a planetary symbol no bigger than a coin of 2 cents and even lighter even if in gold it can't cost more than 80 €)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei prodotti...però se vi dicono "gratis" "free" "gift" si stanno riferendo ad un foglio di carta con il significato dei simboli, non ad un prodotto in più in regalo. Non so se questa è la mia singola sfortunata esperienza od una pessima strategia di marketing, io vi ho avvisato...anzi, se qualcuno mi fa sapere!
In risposta al commento: non ho preso oggetti in oro, eravamo due persone (di cui una era inglese ed ha acquistato volentieri il terzo prodotto che dalle sue parole sembrava per entrambi - ottimi speakers e listeners - essere un regalo). Magari sarà capitato un fraintendimento, però a mio avviso non è stata da voi gestita in maniera "simpatica" la situazione come d'altronde la vostra risposta alla mia critica. Spero i prossimi clienti saranno più fortunati. A non rivederci
Nice products ... but if they say "free" "free" "gift" they are referring to a sheet of paper with the meaning of the symbols, not to an extra product as a gift. I don't know if this is my single unfortunate experience or a bad marketing strategy, I have warned you ... indeed, if someone lets me know!
In response to the comment: I didn't get any gold objects, we were two people (one of whom was English and she gladly bought the third product which from her words seemed to be a gift for both - excellent speakers and listeners -). Maybe a misunderstanding has occurred, but in my opinion the situation was not handled by you in a "nice" way, as indeed your response to my criticism. I hope the next customers will be luckier. Not to see us again
