Tutte le pietanze bu-o-ne ...non troppo sale centrate nei gusti....cioè il buon sapore che ti aspetti..... anche nel soffritto per condire i tortelli....quando attacca appena sul fondo come faceva la nonna che lo lasciava a sbollicchiare sulla stufa a legna... Sembra che tutto sia di produzione propria Giusto anche il conto...... E......come si dice......complimenti allo chef....!! Pro: -Piatti molto buoni -locale molto bello, spazioso, pulito ed accogliente -personale molto cordiale che ti mette a proprio agio -il vino della casa è molto buono Difetti: -Purtroppo da una trattoria ci si aspetta piatti abbondanti da saziare subito la gente,ciò mi porta a dire che purtroppo il piatto era di qualità ma poco abbondante data la mia bocca buona. Problema risolvibile con poco -altro difetto il prezzo. se avessi avuto delle giuste portare sarebbe stato anche giusto come prezzo. Dati i pochi difetti e facilmente risolvibili consiglio vivamente di andarci e soprattutto di mangiare il cinghiale!!! Trattoria with traditional cuisine typical of the Reggio hills. Costolette d'agnello e tagliata di manzo teneri e curati nella cottura e nella doratura. Dolci molto buoni tutti e abbondanti, niente da dire. Buonissime anche le salse d'accompagnamento, soprattutto ai funghi porcini. Spero davvero che un giorno riapra. OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA/PREZZO VINI IN BOTTIGLIA.
