★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scelto per la cena al termine di una lunga giornata di lavoro si è rivelato un ottimo ristorante. Qualche minuto di attesa per il tavolo prenotato giusto al fine di garantire un corretto servizio nel rispetto delle norme. Attesa ingannata con un aperitivo offerto. Locale non molto grande, con personale giovane e cortese, pronto a fornire suggerimenti. Le portate in un menù che include pietanze tipiche della cucina romana sono ben presentate, giuste nelle porzioni e di buona qualità. Notevoli la selezione di antipasti proposta in attesa delle portate. Esperienza positiva.
 Chosen for dinner at the end of a long day of work, it turned out to be an excellent restaurant. A few minutes of waiting for the right table booked in order to guarantee a correct service in compliance with the rules. Waiting deceived with an aperitif offered. Not very large, with young and courteous staff, ready to provide suggestions. The courses in a menu that includes typical dishes of Roman cuisine are well presented, right in portions and of good quality. The selection of appetizers proposed while waiting for the courses is remarkable. Positive experience.

Lactose e gluten free tra l'altro.
Sono stati così carini da preparare per me e la mia fidanzata due varianti di due piatti tipici quando in molti ristoranti si sono rifiutati categoricamente ( gricia solo con il parmigiano ,sono allergica al latte) . Ottima carta dei vini e torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare i piatti del giorno la prossima volta!

They were so nice to prepare for me and my girlfriend two variations of two typical dishes when in many restaurants they categorically refused (gricia only with parmesan, I'm allergic to milk). Great wine list and we will definitely be back to sample the specials of the day next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche tempo fa l'ho provato per cena con delle amiche, ora come pizzeria da asporto. Che dire...bravissimi! L'impasto buono e digeribile, è piaciuta a tutti. La mia pizza senza glutine buonissima, non tutti ottengono un risultato tale. Il tutto condito con una puntualità impeccabile. Complimenti ragazzi! CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
Some time ago I tried it for dinner with some friends, now as a takeaway pizzeria. What can I say ... very good! Everyone liked the good and digestible dough. My gluten-free pizza is very good, not everyone gets such a result. All seasoned with impeccable punctuality. Congratulations guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questo fantastico ristorante per caso navigando in rete ed ho deciso di prenotare per un pranzo di sabato con la mia famiglia. Il nome "Roma in bocca" è tutto dire, perché effettivamente è così! Sono pochi i luoghi dove ho mangiato cucina romana così buona, ma questo ristorante li supera tutti! L'accoglienza nel locale è stata ottima, il proprietario ed i camerieri sono persone alla mano e gentilissimi, insomma, veri romani doc! Il menù viene presentato pirografato su delle tavolette di legno, idea fantastica e credo unica! Il locale ben curato e pulito, anche i bagni erano puliti e profumati, insomma, molto ben tenuto e confortante. Alla mia bambina di soli 15 mesi è stato portato un piatto di mezze maniche al sugo semplice ed è rimasta soddisfatta visto che li ha quasi finiti tutti! Effettivamente erano buonissimi, abbiamo poi ordinato una carbonara è una cacio e pepe. Sono molto pignolo sulla carbonara è se devo descriverla non ho trovato una cosa che non andava bene, a dir poco una carbonara perfetta, romana ed eccezionale! La cacio e pepe anche perfetta! Nulla da dire. Patate, tagliata e contorno di cicoria avevano dei sapori che ti esplodevano in bocca e ti facevano viaggiare con il gusto nella città eterna, per finire il caffè sembra quasi il classico napoletano per quanto anche quello molto buono. Credo proprio di tornare presto e presentare questo locale anche agli amici! Continuate così! Roma in bocca non è un ristorante romano.. è IL ristorante romano per eccellenza!!!
I found this fantastic restaurant by accident while surfing the net and decided to book for a Saturday lunch with my family. The name "Rome in the mouth" is saying something, because that's how it actually is! There are few places where I have eaten such good Roman cuisine, but this restaurant surpasses them all! The welcome in the restaurant was excellent, the owner and the waiters are easy-going and very kind people, in short, true Romans! The menu is presented pyrographed on wooden tablets, a fantastic idea and I think unique! The well-kept and clean room, even the bathrooms were clean and fragrant, in short, very well maintained and comforting. My 15-month-old daughter was brought a plate of mezze manicures with simple sauce and was satisfied as she almost finished them all! They were actually very good, we then ordered a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. I am very fussy about carbonara and if I have to describe it I have not found one thing that was not right, to say the least a perfect, Roman and exceptional carbonara! The cacio e pepe is also perfect! Nothing to say. Potatoes, cut and side of chicory had flavors that exploded in your mouth and made you travel with the taste in the Eternal City, to finish the coffee seems almost the Neapolitan classic even though it is also very good. I think I'll come back soon and introduce this place to friends too! Keep it up! Rome in the mouth is not a Roman restaurant .. it is THE Roman restaurant par excellence !!!
