★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenza, professionalità e disponibilità. Superconsigliati per attrezzatura da montagna. Tra le tante cose, ho acquistato uno zaino portabebè Vaude, che purtroppo ha avuto un cedimento. Erano passati tre anni dall'acquisto ma hanno preso in carico la richiesta di sostituzione e provveduto a contattare la casa madre. Nonostante la scadenza della garanzia, lo zaino mi è stato sostituito, cosa impensabile se avessi acquistato online.
Competence, professionalism and availability. Super recommended for mountain equipment. Among other things, I bought a Vaude baby carrier backpack, which unfortunately has failed. Three years had passed since the purchase but they took charge of the replacement request and contacted the parent company. Despite the expiry of the warranty, the backpack has been replaced, which was unthinkable if I had purchased online.
